Comfortable design for a woman with no weights over the bust. Soft fabric that stretches holding weights to your body to prevent bouncing. Reflective print and side lacing for safety. Purchase the 5lb model that comes with 10 half pound weights and add more weight as you progress (sold separately). The maximum weight 10 lb model includes 20 half pound weights, and is fully adjustable.
