Q: Once the riser is attached, how do you get it unattached? 9 inch riser snapped into place, and now I cannot get it detached.

  • A: You can take it off directly. If you can’t take it down, please see if it’s stuck. Try to take it off while shaking the riser.

    Ordered on Aug 23, 2025 and it was estimated to be here by sep 3 2025 it is now sep 5,2025 and my package is still sitting at the first location and no one has updated any information about it. So I’m not able to even be able to review the package.
