The dosage is strong and effective, which is great if you’re looking for immune support or help with cold sore prevention. That said, the tablets are pretty large and a bit tough to swallow, which makes them less convenient for daily use. I also feel like the results are just average—I’ve tried other L-Lysine supplements that seemed to work a little faster or felt more effective. If you want real usage of the supplements, take a look at liquid. Bioavailability is higher and it absorbs more efficiently.

Not for me

I didn’t feel much of a difference in anyway I do believe the cost is completely affordable for the average person. The pill had a very normal taste chalky taste. My biggest issue is the size of the pill. Although I do understand that most products like this all come large, but I do wish a company could develop something that was a bit easier to take.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using lysine for years and this does seem to be a good option when looking for a brand. It’s really straight forward with simple ingredients — only the lysine and things needed to keep it in its caplet form. The packaging is attractive and makes it clear what you’re getting. I really appreciated how there was the plastic seal on the outside as well as the safety seal in the cap so you really know that your product is safe and hasn’t been tampered with. Anything that’s 1,000mg is going to seem huge and that can make it hard for some people to swallow. I recommend having water in the mouth first and then dropping the pill into the water to swallow all at once. That’s always made it easier for me.

I can’t speak on the results cause I’m not educated on this vitamin. But I think it is a good and reputable brand, and I would purchase vitamins from them in the future.

I notice my skin feels healthier, my immune system seems stronger, and I haven’t had a cold sore flare-up since starting it. The tablets are a little big, but they go down fine with water. I like that it’s clean, no weird fillers, and easy on my stomach—definitely staying in my daily routine.

Nothing New

The taste was the same and I wish that someone would make them easier to take. For the cost, they were priced a little more than the ones I usually buy, but not horrible. I feel that with these you really buy them because you're familiar with the company more than anything else.
