It replenishes skin's essential lipids and provides long-lasting 48-hour hydration. This body cream is formulated with a high concentration of La Roche-Posay Prebiotic Thermal Water, lipid-replenishing Shea Butter and moisturizing Glycerin and Niacinamide. Dermatologist-tested, this body cream is safe for the whole family’s sensitive skin including adults, children, and babies as young as two weeks. It is suitable for patients undergoing chemotherapy and radiation*, helping moisturize and comfort sensitive skin.

Key Ingredients:
• La Roche-Posay Prebiotic Thermal Water: A soothing water sourced in the town of La Roche-Posay in France and a core ingredient in most of our products. It contains a unique combination of minerals, trace elements, and a high concentration of selenium, a natural antioxidant.
• Ceramide-3: Ceramides are lipids naturally found in skin. They play an essential role to help retain moisture and maintain a healthy skin barrier. Ceramide 3, also known as Ceramide NP, is a skin-identical lipid used in our formulas to help support the skin moisture barrier.
• Shea Butter: Sustainably sourced in Burkina Faso. Formulas with shea butter help restore the skin's hydrolipidic film and help skin feel soothed.

    ARM ECZEMA FOR YEARS GONE IN A DAY!!

    Woah! I want anyone who has eczema to read this!! I get bad patches of eczema on the inner pit of my elbow that just won't go away! I'll put on thick moisturizers that seem to moisturize temporarily, but when I wear heavy creams that don't dry down quickly, the moisture and the movement of my arm causes itchiness! And when i scratch, it's back to square one! My arms would be cracked and bleeding... always calming down and then flaring up again. I would try my best to keep it at bay, but always ended up needing to put steroid on the patches. That is, until this lotion! I was very hesitant to get it because my face reacts to niacinimide and i had previously used their eczema soothing cream, ciciplast lip balm, and toleraine double repair face moisturizer and none of them helped my eczema! But wow! after the first use, the redness on my arms had calmed down. There was no itch or burn or anything! I've been using it for about a week - just a dime sized amount after the shower and no flare ups! my arms just look like normal skin!! It's been years since i could do that without steroid!! I think it's great because it's rich, but doesn't linger on the skin, causing no stickiness and itchiness. 100/10! Actually life changing!! I have no before pictures, but here are some after a week!

    Bad pump

    The dispenser is a problem. Halfway through the bottle, the pump doesn't bring up the lotion. Everyone I know who uses LaRache says the same thing. Come on --- design a dispensing pump that works to the very bottom.

    Extremely Poor Quality Reformulation

    Extremely disappointed with the reformulation of this product. It’s significantly less thick and feels more like a lotion than a cream. This product also seems to hydrate less and not absorb as deeply or strongly than before. Unfortunately I will not be rebuying after I go through my current bottle due to how different and less effective it is than the prior formulation.

    Terrible smell!

    It moisturized my skin even if it fells heavy and sticky. The worth: the TERRIBLE SALMON FISHY SMELL that sticks for hours. I won’t buy it again.

    A Hit!

    Most of the LRP cleansers and moisturizers that I’ve tried didn’t impress me. The moisturizers wasn’t moisturizing enough, and the cleansers dried my skin. But I am impressed with the Lipikar AP + M Triple Repair cream. It’s perfect as a facial moisturizer. It’s rich, has no fragrance, and pairs well with a facial oil over it. It’s the only LRP product I would buy again.

    I've been using the La Roche-Posay Lipikar AP+M Triple Ripair Moisturizing Cream, and it's fantastic. It provide long-lasting hydration, especially for very dray skin. I love that its fragance free and gentle enough for both face and body . After using daily, my skin feels so much smoother an calmer, and it really helps reduce inchiness. Highly recommender for anyone dealing wiht dryness or eczema !

    This doesn't feel moisturizing at all. Dries up my skin after 30 minutes and caused dermatitis. My skin barrier is ruined and inflamed!! Never used it before, so seeing reviews saying they changed the formula explains a lot.

    Got this for my kid who has very dry skin, but she hated it, said it burned like crazy. Don’t think it helped her dry skin either. Do not recommend.

    Defined a great everyday moisturizer

    I really enjoyed this moisturizer because it delivers deep hydration while still feeling lightweight on the skin. The scent is very minimal to almost fragrance-free. It absorbs quickly without leaving a heavy or greasy feeling and gives the skin a soft, healthy finish. It contains skin-loving ingredients like ceramides, niacinamide and glycerin, which help support the skin barrier.

    Why did you change the formula? The old formula was the only moisturizer that my teens super acne prone skin could tolerate. The new formula dried out her skin in 2 days and damaged her skin barrier. Her whole face which cleared up using the old formula recommended by her dermatologist is now filled with breakouts from using this new formula. Feeling helpless as no other moisturizer suits her. So dissapointed!

    Love for Dry Spots

    I really love the strength and thickness of the cream. And how you can use it on either face or body and the finish is non-greasing but moisturizing, overall great affordable moisturizer.

    I’m SO insanely disappointed in this formula change. PLEASE allow people to purchase the old formulation. As a longtime fan of La Roche Posay, I have always raved about how the original triple repair moisturizing cream transformed my skin. The Lipikar Ap+M was my holy grail product. It worked perfectly on my sensitive, eczema prone skin for years. I don’t understand why you would change a product that works, especially for people with such sensitive skin, knowing even a small ingredient change could cause reactions. Please fix this and reconsider at least bringing back the old formula to give customers a choice or you will lose a lot of loyal customers. I’m having to try so many different brands and products now and my skin is paying the price.
