Waste of time and money! Junk
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product arrived damaged. The on off switch in the back was shoved into the toy and my husband had to find a way to get it out just to be able to turn on it. Very disappointing first impression. The toy is not a charging toy, it uses batteries. It is too heavy, so the weight is not evenly distributed causing it to easily tip over when trying to stand it up. Once we finally got it fixed and batteries inserted, it was completely uncontrollable. We have a lot of experience with toys and products like this, so knowing how to handle them. This toy couldn’t stay under control. It kept crashing. With less than 5 minutes of play time, if you can even call it that, the foot broke. We glued it back together so it is still functional but just imagine the overall disappointment for my kids. I would not spend my money on this toy nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Broke easily
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the toy was a bit too flimsy. My son used it for about 15 minutes and it fell in grass e times and cement a couple of times and by the end the limbs broke off and the electrical wiring was exposed. The toy kept spiraling out of control for us and falling down every couple of minutes. If you know how to work it itll last a bit longer. It had a fast charge time and we got to play with it a while. No assembly is needed other than batteries for the remote control and it has okay range.

Perfect for fun🤩

My nephew absolutely loved it and was excited from the moment we opened the box. It's easy to use, entertaining, and kept him busy for hours. Definitely a great way for kids to spend time and have fun indoors. The quality is great for the price, and it makes an awesome gift!

Just not great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were so excited about this because our son loves Sonic. At first it seemed great, it connected easily and turned on. Then we took it outside. It's pretty difficult to make it stand up, which it has to do to take off. Once you get it standing up, it takes off then is difficult to control. It's either full speed or nothing at all. Landing was not an option, and after crashing into the ground about 3 times the feet broke. It would still fly after that, but we lost control and now it lives on our roof. We had high hopes, but we're extremely let down.

Screen-free sonic fun!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are constantly looking for screen free toys that we can do to enjoy the nice weather here in Hawaii. We took this toy to the nearby beach park and had a blast. The charge lasted longer than expected and we took a few batteries to get it set up. Once we were going it was fun to see it fly around. We are big sonic the hedgehog fans and learning about the basics aerodynamics. The package says 8+ but kids up to 15 years old were having fun. Wish we had multiple ones so more kids could play!

Cool idea but needs improvement!

Such a fun toy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This flying helicopter was awesome for my son whom is 11. He thoroughly enjoyed every second of it. The instructions were simple easy enough for him to set up on his own. The range it flys is nuts it goes high and far and he had hours of endless fun with this . The actual controller is simple to use with some practice.

Sonic booms to the ground & loses a leg
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this was a super cute design and was excited to try it with my kids. On the first try, he shot up in the air and was uncontrollable proceeded to fall to the ground and broke his leg. After that we were able to hold him and fly him a little bit more but he lost his other leg. The connection is awful and really cannot be controlled. We have some similar helicopters that are much sturdier and can withstand a single crash. It also takes six AA batteries for the remote which is really heavy and a lot of batteries. Sonic himself charges and charged pretty quickly. However, I would not recommend this product.

waste of money!
drone broke on first use. The radio connection disconnected when drone was high in the air. Sonic instantly crashed to the ground and broke his feet. Waste of money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this from Influenster to test and honestly, it was pretty disappointing.. the design is cute and looked fun at first but performance and quality just wasn’t there. The controls are really hard to manage , it either shoots straight up or crashes instantly , with almost no in between. The battery life is extremely short and the charging time feels super long compared to how little playtime you get from it. It’s also a lot more fragile than I expected; a couple of soft crashes and it already showed signs of wear. The quality just isn’t what you’d expect it to be at all.

Great toy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our kids, (even us adults) had an absolute BLAST with this! It took us a minute to figure out how to get it to stay flying, but discovered you have to walk with it as it goes! This thing has smashed the ground sooooo many times and still has not broke! I hated that it took 6 batteries for the controller, but the sonic is just a plug in charge! Comes with the charger also! It’s so quiet, and this thing goes SO high, it’s insane.

Pass on this one
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not a fan. I was excited to receive this for my kids to play with. Got allll the batteries in it (6 AA) and we got about 30 minutes with it. It hit the ground and was done. It was nice and quiet, but once that 30 minutes was over we couldn’t get it back in the air. Pretty disappointed.

Fun outside toy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My boys absolutely loved this toy. Sonic is one of their favorite characters. Now this is not an inside toy I would say. It flys pretty high and at time can be a little hard to control. But once you get the hang of it it’s pretty neat. It lasted a while and was able to get several plays out of it before the batteries died. It fell a few times and didn’t break so I would say it’s pretty sturdy.
