    Good Formula, but Highly Restrictive

    It is a good formula for digestive issues, however you can only use for one meal in a day. The instructions say to take two capsules daily with a meal. But I eat three meals a day! What about coverage for the other meals? Will look around for a formula you can use for every meai of the day.

    I’m not sure this product is effective. I’ve previously used another brand and that helped with food sensitivities more. Will continue to use this and see if I feel any effect.
