Doesn't work for me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this in the hopes that it would help me sleep through the night as I wake up almost hourly. I followed the instructions to take for 5 days then have a 2 day break and experienced no change after using for several weeks.

Life Changing!!

Definitely helps—and no grogginess!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started by taking one, as needed, instead of the two capsules recommended in the serving size to see how my body reacted. I don’t take it every night, but I think I could. I don’t have any grogginess the next day as I’ve experienced with other products. I only take it when I know I really need some good sleep because it helps me stay asleep. The capsules are easy to swallow.
