    False advertising

    Instructions state that Theracup comes with replacement filters which must be replaced every six months to avoid damage. There is only one filter inside the device but no extras inside the box. Therabody customer service told me that no extra filters are included and that Therabody does not stock or sell them. Unbelievable. I will be returning this device for a refund and advise everyone not to purchase.

    Great lil tool

    This cup is a game changer. I love the thinner design. It’s easier to hold and maneuver during a massage. I like that you can both glide and spot cup during a massage. I definitely like using this rather than regular cups. I bought two of these and plan to use them both personally and professionally.

    Love my Theracup

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m currently in a training block for a sub-3hr marathon push and decided to try an at-home cupping tool for recovery. I already had a percussion gun and the theracup has been a nice addition. The targeted heat and massage on top of the cupping has sped up my recovery in between sessions. I will likely buy another.

Theragun, ice baths and saunas have been my go to recoveries. Having this is just another weapon in my arsenal to keep my body moving.
