You’ll also find an adjustment strap on the back of the seat (around where your child’s back would rest); tightening this strap will raise the seat back further. Once the seat is upright, look for the straps with buckles on the lower backside of the seat near the foot area. Buckle these together to form the footrest portion of the stroller seat.
