Dr. Scholl's Hard Skin Remover Nano Glass Foot File

I write this review while in bed marveling at how soft my feet are as they no longer scratch along the sheets - they just glide effortlessly! My feet look and feel 100x better! There is a little learning curve to get it to work juuust right, so here's what worked wonders for me with this file: feet were masked with the dr scholl's rough foot booties for 60 mins, rinsed/soaked in warm water basin and patted "dry" with towel (still soft/moist from the soaks). I then got best results by dunking file into water and then giving a quick pat onto towel to remove excess water before grating my feet, rinsing and patting the file frequently to keep the foot gunk out of the way. Hope y'all like the grossly satisfying feeling/sight of skin just rolling and flying off. Word to the wise - go slow and take your time because you can go too far. I went a little crazy on my big toe and had to eventually put some A&D and a bandaid on it cuz it was a little tender (worth it!).

Not sure what this is made of but dry skin removed seamlessly while using in the shower. I never saw so much skin come off my feet!

Awesome product!

I had a thick cracked callus on my big toe that I thought I was going to need to go to the Podiatrist for safe removal. After soaking my feet for 20 minutes, I used this file and the dead skin rubbed right off—a whole quarter inch at least! I had been putting lotion on my feet for a good week beforehand that allowed time for the skin underneath to heal, so that also made a difference. My foot went from scary to smooth with this miraculous tool! It did a good job on the rest of my feet as well although they will need a second going over. It's best not to exfoliate too much at once, especially when the filing is much closer to healthy skin.

This summer, I purchased Dr. Scholl's Hard Skin Remover Nano Glass Foot File. It's so easy to use it on wet skin, when you showering, bathing, or do a mani-pedi DIY spa day. It feels so soft with the nano glass when you massage your feet with the foot file. And you can hang it up to dry with the pumice storne for your mani-pedi kit.

quick and incredibly effective

This products works!!!! It’s not the same as the regular files, this immediately removes dead skin. Don’t debate buying it, just buy it!

This is hands down the BEST foot file I’ve ever used. It works so quickly and easily that it took me a second to register what was happening. I’m used to using files that require a lot of elbow grease and even then still leave behind a good deal of callus, but with this my heels were smooth in less than a minute! It doesn’t get gummed up with the removed skin either so it doesn’t seem to work any less after repeated uses.

I have so much to say about this product. I am on my 12th file, firstly. The mechanism works excellently, and as someone with callused feet, I sincerely appreciate the sharp laser file which removes dead skin EFFICIENTLY in seconds. Leaves skin actually soft and smooth with no rough spots or edges, this file is truly a work of science. I genuinely wish I could broadcast it to the world and share how incredible it is to all who will listen. I have bought it for friends, family and colleagues! I do have a suggestion about its design that I feel will benefit consumers. The file does become blunt fairly quickly, resulting in having to purchase a new one within few months of frequent usage. My suggestion is this. How about making the blue component of the file detachable and replaceable, that way, we may hold on to the hardware simply replacing the essential part as and when it becomes blunt. This will help save money, increase efficiency, and definitely help reduce plastic waste. As mentioned, I have purchased 12 files thus far, and I imagine that the discarded ones probably ended up in a landfill somewhere much to my dismay. I hope my suggestion is considered. Where has this been all my life? So people are literally commenting and reviewing the wrong product. I’m writing this review under the doctor Scholls nano glass foot file. I love this foot file because you can use it on your feet while they’re dry and it won’t hurt and it’ll still get them very smooth. If you use them when you get out of the shower, it’s pretty good too, but I do find it works a little bit better on dry seat. I told my nail tech that he needs to get this product immediately because it keeps your feet smooth for a long time as well.

Great product. One of the best things I have ever bought. No regrets like with other products. Don't usually write reviews. But this product deserves lots of accolades. It is very well manufactured and has been excellently designed with lots of thought as to how it is use. Strong materials seem very durable and easy to clean. Hats off to Dr. Scholls designers. I love it. Use it reguarly

The best at making my feet soft!

I have tried many products, creams and potions to get at the reason for my smelly feet. " Wala " layers of dry skin on the bottom of my feet. This product revealed my problem after first use. No more smelly feet.

No more needing to use the cheese grater looking contraption on my feet. This gets the job done way better than traditional methods of removing calluses and rough spots. It's fast, doesn't hurt, and cleans easily for repeat uses. This has saved me so much money by avoiding a pedicure each time I need to work on the calluses. I do find that I have to use this about monthly to keep my feet smooth, but worth it!

Game changer!! Please never stop making this! My heels are smooth again! A must try.

This is the greatest foot file ever! It immediately removes tough callouses and dry flaky skin - so easy - no hard scrubbing, no pain. The nano glass is a big improvement over messy sandpaper style files that wear out quickly. It is also waterproof. I don't think this file will ever wear out.

I bought this to replace a different foot file I had that broke. The handle on this one feels really sturdy, and it removes calluses easily. It seems to have a super fine grit because it leaves my skin so smooth after I've used it. I'm glad I bought this one instead of getting another of the file I was using previously. This one is much better.
