  • A: Yes - the basket flakes. I have never put food directly on any part of the air fryer, but rather use aluminum foil and I have never put it in the dishwasher. It is very dangerous and unhealthy!

  • A: Yes it will. And it does. I've owned several Gourmia air fryers and the basket flakes and the grill plate. Customer service is helpful, but the problem persists. No matter how gentle you clean or avoid using oils or sprays, it keeps happening.

    If I could give it a 0 i would. Bought my first one of these 9/20/25, it then broke in February 2026. Then received a replacement that BROKE IN SEPTEMBER 2026. The worst airfryer possibly ever. 2 models didn't last me 1 year combined. Do not buy it. Pay $60 more for a ninja or any other. Horrible air fryer.

    It was working well but on 10/13/26 I was using it to heat french fries. When I pulled out the container, the air fryer kept running. We had to unplug it. The cord was hot then it wouldn’t come back on! Hopefully Target or the manufacturer will replace it.

    Just need to be clean

    I’m so happy with my air fryer. This is the second time that I bought it. Of course needs care like cleaning the grill and if you read the instructions this magnificent piece of electronics will work perfectly. I used for almost everything just you need to take care and cleaning the air fryer almost after every used. You can wash it in the washer machine and protect the Teflon from the grill just covering with aluminum paper or parchment the paper used to bake. I recommend the air fryer but always you need to clean the machine after use. 👍🏼👍🏼

    This product was terrible. I worked fine, except for the great all the Teflon wore off. I thought of eating this disgusting pieces of flex in your food. Black flex disgusting wrecked a couple dishes. We no longer use it. We have to use those paper.

    Don't but this airfryer.

    If I could give it a zero starts I would, this air fryer is super loud and when I pull out the basket doesn't stop blowing air. I bought this on April 2026 and we are on October now and it stopped working. I plugged unplugged but nothing.

    I really enjoy this I've had it for 2 years about, it makes full size French fries the whole bag and chicken tenders the best if you like to reheat your food you can do that as well and it will work with it. thank you for giving this it's better if you buy when it's on sale. but thiss is also a food dehydrator so you can make banana chips and apple chips all sorts of things you can do with it.
