After only three months of daily wear by my 9 year old, the clasp has broken and is no longer usable. The piece that holds the extra band down once it’s clasped broke two months in but he just used a rubber band to hold it down since he did love the watch. But, now that the clasp is broken too there is no way to make it usable. Very disappointing.

After only ON MONTH of use, it wouldn't charge. Returned it. My grandson enjoyed it while it lasted but not worth it's short life. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! If I could give it negative stars I would.

My son enjoys his smartwatch. He loves the activity tracker. He has been extremely careful with this watch, but the band has still broken. He hasn't even had it an entire month and he takes it off when he plays sports. I'm concerned that even with a replacement, the band isn't going to last.

We purchased this watch for my son's 7th birthday to help him learn time management. I specifically chose it for its customizable alarms, which we set for waking up, breakfast time, school, and more. However, I recently discovered the usefulness of the body temperature readings. One day, my son came home from school feeling unwell, so I checked his temperature using the watch and found he had a fever. Since then, I've been using it to monitor his temperature even while he sleeps. The battery lasts us 4-5 days without needing to recharge.

I bought this for my 10-year-old who doesn't have a smartphone. It looks sleek like a premium smartwatch and is not too bulky. The watch has a soft silicone band. Functionality is good for basic functions and games. Now, onto setup; this is important because there was conflicting information in the reviews. You can absolutely set up this watch for basic functions WITHOUT pairing it to a smartphone or using the app. We did this. Some functions may be limited, but we were able to set the time, date, choose from 8 display styles, and access 8 games. The trackers and health features appear to function well. My kid loves it. I downloaded the instructions from Cubitt official before receiving the watch. It said to use the app HitFit Pro. However, we did not have to do this yet. The watch package and instructions that came with the watch say to use the Cubitt Jr app. We did not do this either but will try if we need to. After receiving the watch, I went to Cubitt official to download the user manual, and it has changed from using HitFit Pro to using the Cubitt Jr app. Strange. However, we did not use an app to set up the watch. If we need to, we will try the Cubitt Jr app first and then HitFit if the other does not work. They seem similar. Bottom line: We set up the watch without the app. My kid loves it and it looks great. I recommend this for kids who aren’t ready for a smartphone, but I also think it would be great for kids who have a smartphone as well. I think it's good for up to age 12-13. I will edit if we end up using the app or if anything else changes. Very happy with this purchase.

My child isn't quite ready for a cell phone, but she does have an iPad. This watch pairs seamlessly with the iPad, allowing her to connect to the app easily. She loves the color and functionality, which is all that matters to her. While the app and watch have a few quirks, they don't overshadow the overall value. I would definitely recommend it.
