I couldn't decide between this and Obi-Wan Kenobi's Jedi Starfighter, so in the end I got them both! I love the red, white and silver pattern on the wings of Jedi Bob's Starfighter, which reminds me of a quilt pattern. The underside of the ship also has a line of bricks that provide a convenient handhold. However, you have to be careful to pick up the ship in such a way that you don't accidentally fire the spring-loaded shooters, which are attached "sideways." Although this ship and Obi-Wan's are both red and white Jedi starfighters, they have enough of a different feel to them that I'm happy to have both in my collection!

Very happy that Lego put out this set. The Starfighter is cool but the Jedi Bob minifig was the main reason I bought this set. Getting the Servo droid was a bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Better than expected!
Initially I was interested in this set just because of the Jedi Bob figure and how he's become a bit of a meme among fans, but I enjoyed the Rebuild the Galaxy show much more than I expected so this was even better than I thought it would be! Even without that, it's still a very good starship set :D

Disappointing
Bought it for my son from a local store with a clearance discount. It looks nice, but the structure is too weak which makes it absolutely unplayable. Especially the areas with blasters and spring loaded shooters, they keep falling off. Absolutely sloppy design and does not worth its original price

I just had to get it, since I saw it had my beloved Jedi Bob. But the build itself is actually very cool, and has a nice easter egg. And of course, Jedi Bob, the GOAT. It was fun to build, and it used some pretty cool techniques at points.

We did however have a good time putting it together. The pieces are tiny so be mindful with your little ones for safety concerns. The set is very versatile so you can design it however you want.

A good start
I’m not going to say anything about pricing, because I got this set as a gift. The build experience is slightly repetitive because of the mirrored wings, but that’s to be expected for a ship. The mini figure selection is OK, except for Jedi Bob, who is a legend. It is a very visually striking ship design wise, and is slightly larger than Obi-wan’s starfighter from a few years back. It is, however, downright skeletal underneath, and extremely light. My other problem with it is that it only has front landing gear, which comes across as a bit lazy. However, if you’re willing to spend an hour or two to beef up the bottom and add some landing gear, I think this can easily become a stunning ship. A good start with one great minifigure, just begging for a little modification.
