A: The edition with the blue wrapper is the original and the purple wrapper is a different spa series. If you look at the pictures in the listing you can see the available options are different for each of the series.

The mixture needs to be completely wet in order for the bath bombs to dry and keep their shape. We didn’t realize this until after the first two bath bombs didn’t set. Very disappointing. We used more of the scent and added in a tiny bit of water for the second set.

I bought both versions and the cheaper one you get the exact same thing as the more expensive one either way they're both really cute. :) See photos for example.
