    I'm pleasantly surprised by the comfort level of this pillow

    I'm pleasantly surprised by the comfort level of this pillow. After using it for several days, I haven't experienced any neck pain, which is a huge relief for me. Additionally, I have to commend the exceptional customer service I received. When I thought the pillow was lost in delivery, they were incredibly responsive and ready to send a replacement. However, just as they were about to, the pillow arrived. Overall, it's been a very positive experience, and I'm grateful. Thank you.

    I can't say enough about how amazing these pillow. If you're on the hunt for a soft, luxuriously comfortable down pillow reminiscent of ones you've cherished before, look no further. These pillow the real deal. Not a hint of odor, and the stitching is impeccable—truly top-notch quality. They remain pleasantly cool throughout the night, ensuring uninterrupted comfort.     it's generously sized

    I absolutely adore pillows that I can mold into any shape to suit my sleeping position, and this pillow delivers exactly that. It's incredibly versatile, conforming perfectly to my head and preferred sleeping position. While I understand it might not be everyone's cup of tea, if you're a fan of feather pillows that adapt to your needs, this one is definitely worth considering. Additionally, it's generously sized and effortlessly returns to its original shape with minimal effort.

    I'm ultimately in need of something firmer

    I was expecting these pillows to be much firmer considering they're advertised as having a blend of feathers and down. However, they turned out to be much softer than anticipated. I find myself needing to stack two pillows to get the support I require for proper head positioning during sleep. While they are decent pillows, I'm ultimately in need of something firmer. Hence, I'm rating them 4 stars.

    Excellent product, very professional customer service

    I placed an king sized pillows, but recieved queen in error. I reached out to Renee at East Coast Bedding, and she was beyond helpful. She resolved my issues in less than 2 days. More importantly I am thrilled with the quality of the product. I've never had a better night's sleep, and did not wake up with my usual neck and shoulder pain. I actually kept the king pillows originally sent for my son, and will be need another set for my other son once he decides what firmness level he prefers. Great product, great company, Happy customer
