I love these bars. No funky textures. The taste is exactly what it should be. I have no cons about these bars.

.These bars are delicious, and only 1 gram of sugar. Also have fiber. They come in a variety of flavors also. Very good.

I decided to order a sample of all the bars and this became my favorite.

It feels like I'm chewing Play-Doh. Both texture and taste - wise.

Great for on the go or missed a meal at work. Great taste, Works into my keto diet.

To me, this is the best protein bar due to the texture, ingredients and size. I carry one with me all the time for those moments when I need something between meals.

My favorite breakfast bar

I've tried almost all of the available IQ bars, and this one is my favorite! I am a big peanut butter lover, and this bar delivers on that taste well. It's soft, creamy and perfectly balanced between sweet and salty. The chocolate chips are a nice addition. These bars are filling and delicious, and I have one every morning!

While the ingredients haven’t changed, something is different about these and they do not taste as good. I’m not sure what was altered but they are saltier and the texture is not as dense/chewy. I eat one of these every morning for breakfast and I’m very disappointed!

Genuinely heed warning - you eat these as a staple as a protein source - at one point the dose of lion’s mane they’ve added per bar will get to you. It’s not sustainable like eating a chomps jerky stick as a snack everyday during the week or even 3 times a week. People seek out protein bars as a daily source of protein especially for high protein diets to help. These bars will drive you bananas. Whether it be anxiety, insomnia, or an increased level of stress. Yes - lion’s mane is supposed to combat stress but with the dose added per bar - it’s too much. It actually has the opposite effect. I get the concept but whoever decided the dosage decided to truly mess with people’s nervous systems because it’s insane and that’s coming from a person who lives an overall healthy lifestyle (eating high protein, whole foods, works out everyday). Anxiety from these led to stress and insomnia and as a result high cortisol levels that impacted my training (I’m a woman). Two stars because I did appreciate the low sugar content but the lion’s mane truly ruins the bar.

The IQ bar flavors are very tasty, low in net carbs, and filling. I carry these with me in my briefcase, and strategically place them in my car, office, and home. They have quickly become one of my food Staples.

Apparently the recipe has changed and not for the better in my opinion. The new ones have an airy texture vs the denser previous version. The flavor isn’t as rich and nutty either. I won’t be ordering these anymore which is so disappointing as they’ve been a staple in our house

I eat one of these bars everyday. They are delicious! Try them you they can be a treat and a lot better than a candy bar.

These perform bars are amazing. They provide a nice sweet treat while being great in macros. Not only that, the clean ingredients make it that much better

These cars are amazing, the taste, nutritional value and ingredients are just what I need. Just wish there were price promos and coupon codes. They are in the more expensive side. A little help here in there would be great

There are my favorite IQ Bars! I eat them as a pre-workout snack or breakfast on the go. They are filling and help give me energy.

I eat keto and typically have 3 meals / day. On those days where maybe I wake super early and my meal times are off, these are perfect as a little bite to get me to my next meal. Very tasty and good texture!

I have noticed a significant decrease in the overall taste and freshness of the bars, they are very chewy and tasteless. Did you change the recipes? I plan to cancel my subscription.
