Amazing when purchased from the right place
I've been eating these bars regularly for about a year now and I absolutely love them. Always purchase them from the local store. Purchased them directly from the supplier for the first time and could not believe every single bar in the box was stale and dry - very disappointing. Love the bars not sure what happened there.

the lions mane gave me a bad reaction
I bought these and really enjoyed them (got another flavor also) because they're low carb and low sugar etc. after a few days of eating them I realized I was having bad anxiety. I read all the ingredients and it contains lions mane, they don't specify on the box that it's 250 mg which is a significant amount. I think that's pretty irresponsible for the company to not disclose how much lions mane is in there. then I was researching more and while lions mane can help people, it can also trigger anxiety in some and interact with anxiety meds. I think these bars would be great without the lions mane so unfortunately for me I will not purchase again.

Pretty yummy
I had loved the pumpkin spice bars but now have to find a new flavor. Has a pretty good peanut butter taste a like the little bits of chocolate chips. Kinds of feels naughty in a protein bar. Also does not seem to have that chalky taste/texture that you usually get from healthy peanut butter snacks/bars. For the calories and carbs it is great excited to try the blueberry ones next.

I've been buying these IQ Bar - Peanut Butter Chip for years now. They are gooood! As of recent though, I've noticed a change to the bars. The overall texture of the bar seems different. Still soft to the chew but the ingredients seem to have shifted, most noticeably they seem more salty. Unfortunately, I am getting the urge to search out a new brand of bar.

I already subscribe with the coconut chip and almond butter chip, and we added the peanut butter chip to the most recent order and I was very pleased with this addition. I normally stray away from peanut butter flavored stuff, because the peanut butter flavor is overpowering. These have the exact correct proportions and I will just add these now for future shipments.
