    500 mg only once a day is good

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can not review this yet because I have not tried it yet. I just got it. I was taking Havasu’s brand, but I chose yours because you only need to take one a day instead of two. Hope it works OK.

    For the rest of my life.

    I buy this all the time. I use it for hair regrowth and to keep me young looking. My Dad used it until he died and he was 92 . He looked like he was 70 when he passed. He was a very active senior citizen. Which is what I intend to be. Thank you for your great products. I will be using them for the rest of my life, which I hope will be a long time coming.     I have been using this product for years. It stopped my hair from thinning (I have lots of hair and I noticed that my brush was collecting a bunch more).     I started buying this several months ago. I am very happy with it. As a 62 yr old female hashimotos, the fatigue, hair loss and mood swings are enough to drive you nuts! The Women’s Saw Palmeto helps restore my hair to healthy balance, it doesn’t stop hair loss but it does side in hair growth and strength.
