Works nice on color treated hair. I use Naturtint hair color and this shampoo and the conditioner help keep the color nice and hair soft.

works pretty well

This shampoo is a thick gel but lathers and distributes quickly and well. The odor is not pleasant, but it's more important to me that it moisturizes, and it does. It did seem to flatten my dry gray hair a bit more than the Acure argan oil shampoo I usually use. The price is right and ingredients are mostly organic, and that's why I tried it. Acure is a 5 leaf, this is a 4 leaf.
