Tiny Bag of Mix and Flavor Wasn’t Great

This was a surprisingly small bag of pancake mix at 7 ounces. I was very excited to get a keto mix so my husband could have pancakes with the rest of us again so made the recipe for four pancakes as listed on the bag. I found that it made a very small amount of batter and made two small pancakes. They cooked quickly and I probably should have turned them a little sooner but they were not too overdone. The flavor and texture was disappointing to us both. Honestly they just tasted like almond flour and had a very grainy texture. Because of the small yield and non-traditional flavor, I don’t plan on purchasing it again. I received an incentive to write this review.
