Quality and style
This cover provides excellent protection and is stylish. I have used similar products from other companies, but the quality of the OtterBox product is clearly superior. Their lifetime warranty is excellent and easy to use as I have used it with other products.

Purple iPad cover
I love not only the color but how secure I feel my iPad is. I had one from somewhere else but my iPad would occasionally slide out of it. There is no fear of that happening here.

Not as good as before
This case is not as good as the previous version in one key aspect. It won’t stand up consistently, the flap frequently collapses, the magnet doesn’t hold. I had the previous version of this case for a previous generation iPad and it never fell over, this one falls over 60% of the time at least.

previous case was much better.
I can’t easily push the buttons through the iPad case. It’s very hard to take a screen shot, for example. I’m not sure what the problem is. Maybe the case/plastic will soften over time . Also , it doesn’t stand up well. My first otter box had none of these issues and was great.

Stand did not work
Magnet for the triangle support was not good. It kept collapsing.

Missing big feature
Fits well, I like how the flap covers the Apple Pencil. Don’t like that the folded flap won’t hold the iPad upright. This is a key feature every other iPad case seems to do fine. The Apple case leaves the pencil unsecured but can position the iPad itself upright in multiple positions.
