Sleekest looking Mini-Split ever! (Gray indoor unit)
Love this unit! I would give it 10 stars if possible. I am a retired HVAC guy and purchased three of these for my log cabin vacation home in the mountains. The decor is dark wood with gray trimming so this gray indoor unit looks great on the wall. It appears to be very well built and loaded with features like "WIFI enabled right out of the box!

Ordered this set up for my parents as a gift for their upstairs bedroom. It works awesome! The size is perfect, great quality and cools down the upstairs and is helping with the downstairs too! We loved it so much at their house we're ordering two for ours. Definitely recommend!!

Good Buy!
We purchased this for our 550sqft shop. It has surprising cooled it down quite a bit in these NC summer months. We were desperate for a cooler shop so we ended up buying this before installing insulation (insulation is suppose to come first, then AC-but we risked it and itll make do until we insulate. Unit is very quiet, remote is great. We've had it a few weeks and it's been awesome.

The only problem is the installation. But once you complete, you know all is deserved. This ac can be controlled through the app, which is really convenient. It is so quiet that you can hardly know it's operation

Worth it big time!
This thing is awesome. Exceeded my expectations. Upstairs nursery was getting way too hot and this thing cools room off in about a minute on turbo and then if I leave door open it'll cool the whole upstairs. Also in case you're wondering about noise when it's on low or medium you can not even hear it's on. On turbo you can barely hear it.

Above and beyond my expectations
We calculated the square footage for btu's and ordered the 17,000 and a 12,000 BTU. At this point all we have needed was the 17,000 BTU. These units are above and beyond what we were expecting. We highly recommend these to everyone we know and then some.
