Refurbished monitor did not work.

This item did not work upon arrival. I had to call to see about returning it because I had it sent to my son in college. He was told he didn’t need the box to return it over the phone and when he got to the store they told him he needed the box. He had to uber back and forth from his college campus and the whole thing ended up costing me more money. Very disappointing.

Missong power cord

Missing power cord. I purchased an Acer ED270R monitor and I just received it today and it was sent with the wrong power cord. So after waiting almost a week for it, it's a paper weight. The only option I was given online was a full refund when all I need is the correct power cord you all were supposed to have included to begin with.

Performs as expected, bonus is it curvature and the light weight, I have a 2060 Super and it happily pushed 80 fps in cyberpunk on high so I am pleased. Worth the sub 100 dollars.
