    Now it works great.

    At first it did not work because I was using a 64GB thumb drive. It turns out it supports a max 32GB drive. Now it works great. Be careful when rewinding these old tapes. My first one broke off the reel at the end of the rewind. Now I rewind most of the way using the player and do the rest manually.

On one of my tapes I rewound all the way using the player and it pulled the tape off the reel when it hit the end. For the rest I get close to the end and do the remaining rewind manually. Be careful as these old tapes are fragile.

    I've also tested my flash drive and it works fine.

    I'm giving this one star so far as while it plays fine, I'm trying to save old tapes to USB then put them on a computer and upload them. I followed the directions in the manual - no recording to USB. Then I found an one sheet update with slightly different directions. Same thing - no recording to USB. I've also tested my flash drive and it works fine. Has anyone had this problem?

    I didnt think I'd use it as much as I have. I've been recording music on cassette and then converting it to digital files. It works great, and the sound isn't bad either.

    Totally recommend!
