Quality is very good for the money spent and my son seems to like it however he is 5 days old. All the nurses at the hospital loves the car seat and will recommend to other mothers giving birth! I have to get the stroller still but this is definitely the BMWs of car seats lol. The swivel base really makes it easier to get him in and out the car.

Not sure about actual product but this review is for how box was delivered. The bottom of the box was crushed and open. It seems as they threw it around. I’m concerned that the product now is defective

It’s not bad except the stroller is a lil hard to work with but do a first time mom but it can be main thing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I saved up for this seat and love the 180 function but the seat is so wobbly I genuinely thought it was defective. I wish the lights could go even dimmer. And the clip is so sharp it has left scrapes on my baby’s arms nearly every time getting in and out of the seat. Also the app bugs a whole bunch saying my baby is left in the car when I’m in the store holding him?

My wife and I rely like this car seat and base . My only complaint is I wish the carrying handle was adjustable in height like crutches are since I'm a short guy and when holding it it is awkward and almost sits on the floor. Also trying to carry it with my arm through it, there is no were to put my hand other then the sharp edges were it clicks in to the Stoller. Also i wish the company had a trade in policy for when the kids out grow this car seat, Maybe offer used ones at a discount price or donate them?

We bought the travel system including this car seat before our son was born. We love all of the features and the design. When our son was 8 weeks old we were hit by a drunk driver and our car was totaled. The other driver hit us right behind our son’s car door. Despite the intensity of the accident, our son stayed secured in his car seat, in the base, still anchored in the seat. We immediately bought this same exact seat to replace his other one. I will use this car seat for all future babies and will recommend it to anyone who ever asks! It quite literally saved my son’s life!

We registered for this carseat after hearing the swivel feature was a must for our sedan. I would recommend this to everyone I know. I am not strong and I was super intimidated by carrying this seat PLUS an infant but, it is not super heavy! It also fits beautifully in my sedan.

The sensor safe clip doesn’t work properly. It goes off when the baby’s not even in the car seat and the cliff isn’t fastened and it’ll go off when we are driving down the road and I am 3 feet away from her in the car.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don’t buy this model solely for the sensory soothe feature but if you ARE getting this model, then get sensory soothe. Overall, this seat has some nice features and several things going for it. Easy install: The base is very secure and easy to install. The rotation is also smooth. But you have to know!!! There is a green indicator that will show if the base is installed correctly. There is a pop out block to help you get there based on the seats in your car. START by popping the whole grey block out. This is the most "reclined" and least upright position. Install worked in my car if the block was all the way out OR all the way in, so pop it fully out first and check that the indicator is fully green. This ensures that your baby's head is most cradled if they fall asleep. Width: This seat is noticeably more narrow than my other car seat. With a claimed 30lbs max use, I’m not sure a 30 lb baby would fit comfortably. My baby is 16 pounds and she fits fine, but I can’t imagine doubling her weight in here. That said, the seat feels very secure and robust in a good way. The infant insert and padding will definitely keep a newborn snug. At her current weight, the narrowness didn’t seemed to bother my baby. The adjustable headrest is also a nice feature. You could bring it up or down easily to match your baby’s height. The tightening strap is also a little less smooth than would be perfect especially once you get to max tightness, but not necessarily a dealbreaker and it will probably get easier with use over time. So if you choose this car seat, the question is, is the sensory soothe version worth it? I’ll say my baby hates the car seat. She cries hysterically and always has. BUT the sensory soothe lights DID keep her preoccupied for a time. I could see her looking at the changing lights which matched the music. So for a time, it did keep her from crying and I kept a few more minutes of my sanity. She still ended up screaming but I do think if you are choosing this model of car seat, the sensory soothe feature is nice to have. The white noise (one of so many sounds) was also particularly handy to turn on easily from the Evenflo app once she was ready to fall asleep. The app is straightforward and you can customize the light/sound options way more than just using the buttons on the car seat itself. Overall, I do think this is a nice product and would recommend it. I received this product as a part of the STELLAR product Testing Panel.

As a mom to now 3 kiddos I have had more than my share of car seats and this one is definitely souped up with all the fancy bells and whistles. Setting the tech components aside, the seat itself is great. The fabrics are soft and comfortable for baby and I love that they are eco-friendly and made free from added chemicals. The seat is super light, which is important when I want to leave baby in the seat to carry her in for a quick errand, and much appreciated for a post c-section with lifting restrictions. The ability to easily rotate the seat is awesome and makes in/out for stops like daycare so much easier - never again will I get a seat that doesn't rotate because fighting to clip baby in awkwardly over a rear facing seat is a disaster. The base was super easy to install, with the LATCH method, but I like that there is a seat belt option for the seat even without the base should we use it when we travel (even has instructions in guide for plane use). Onto the tech. Firstly, in case it isn't obvious the seat uses Bluetooth to communicate to an app on caregivers phone, both for the buckle safety feature and the lights/sound. I am fine with this, but I know some don't want it used near baby. It was easy to install the 4 AA batteries in the seat, though I am interested in how often these will have to be changed with regular use. The seat-belt clip with safety features on the app are great - it sends alerts to your phone, such as telling you baby is in the car and on our recent car trip gave me a warning it was time to consider a break which is a great safety feature. You can even have it set to alert a family member if you leave the buckled seat in car and separate your phone from car (such as going into a building). The lights and sounds are a high-end feature, but do seem to calm and distract baby and being able to control it from the phone rather than having to reach over to back seat is great when baby is crying in the car. The seat and app were easy to install, from opening the box to all installed, including app set-up, was less than 30 minutes. As far as downsides, the sun shade seems a little flimsy, but does work to shield light at the back part of the seat over baby's head. But perhaps the biggest downside I have is that I don't have a stroller that this seat works with and as a mom of 3 I have many strollers - there is a limited selection of strollers from the company that it will work with and it doesn't seem to be compatible with any of the strollers I already have. If I were to buy this seat myself I would have to explore and consider those options as having an easy fold stroller baby's seat can quickly clip into for longer errands is important in my mind.

Overall, this car seat seems like a good choice for anyone wanting extra tech features as part of their car seat. The chest clip provides feedback when clipped and within range of the parent’s phone, through an easy to download and use app. Additionally, a sound machine and lights are built into the handle for soothing during car rides. Both of these features were new to me, and very easy to understand and utilize. My baby loved the lights and soothing sounds during our car rides, and they were not invasive to me as the driver. The quality of the seat was a bit lacking compared to my expectation. I appreciate car seats that don’t have chemicals or flame retardants, which this one meets those standards. However, the material feels a bit rougher than I expected; although seemed to be comfortable for my baby (2 weeks old). Installing the base could not have been easier! I used the latch clips, and it took me less than a minute to achieve a safe installation. The built-in level took the guessing away from a proper install. Adjusting the seat to fit my baby proved to be a bit more time consuming, but was straight forward when I referred to the manual while adjusting. The harness at shoulder level or below was a bit difficult to adjust, but finally lowered enough to be safe. Once in the adjusted seat, my baby seemed comfortable as well as appropriately secured. Overall, this seat seems like a good choice for anyone who wants an easy to install, tech-savvy seat with extra safety features. A parent purchasing this should have a smart phone to fully appreciate the safety and tech features. Because of the incredibly easy install, this would be ideal for a first time parent or caregiver. As a mom of 3, with my littlest being 2 weeks, I especially loved the Revolve 180 feature. This allowed me to place my infant’s seat in the car, rotate and have room for my older two to climb into their seats - I have not experienced this with other infant carrier seats. While a little lacking in my expectation of overall quality and fabric feel, if the other features offered are desired that won’t be a deal breaker when purchasing. I would recommend this seat to my friends who are first time parents or have multiples and would most benefit from the tech and Revolve 180 features.

Adjustment of the seat was quick and easy and installation was a breeze. The weight of the car seat is perfect for carrying especially with the amount of bells and whistles this car seat has to offer. This is perfect for our newborn with the softness of the fabrics that are free of flame retardants and added chemicals. I loved the use of technology combined with the ease of a 180 rotating car seat. It make it so easy getting my newborn in and out. I LOVE the that the handle has a built in sound machine as well as the soothing light feature. We never travel without a sound machine for our little one in the car so this just makes our life so much easier. The Evenflo app was very user friendly and made for an easy set up for the SensorSoothe as well as the SensorSafe feature. Living in Florida it can get extremely warm and I love that these features help to ensure my baby is at a comfortable temperature in the backseat. Now I just need to hunt down/purchase the stroller system that is compatible with this because I am in love!

The bells & whistles on this car seat are perhaps not necessary, but certainly helpful during a longer car ride with a four-month old that only takes cat naps! We really like the fact that the car seat is all black - it's pretty aesthetically pleasing, especially for something that comes with lights and sounds. It's a bit bulkier than the car seat we had previously used (though that one was particularly light), but it seems to keep our daughter comfy and content. The canopy is the one part that feels a little cheap, at least compared to other seats we've used, but it gets the job done. I am not a tech savvy person, and the app is actually really easy to use, and it was easy to setup the SensorSafe and Sensory Soothe features! We found it really helpful to program Siri to be able to turn on/off the features. Hands-free features are a game changer once you are a parent. Our daughter was really captivated by the lights! (as you can see by her body language in the photos!) Her little face was in awe when we first tested it out. We will probably only use them on occasion so she doesn't start to rely on these features while in the car. The SensorSafe features are great for peace of mind. I haven't had the seat long enough to be able to speak to the durability, but I am hoping spit-up and drool don't cause it to stop working at some point! The rotation of the car seat is an added bonus, especially because we have a car that is lower to the ground and this was helpful on our backs! Not always necessary, though, because at this age, we are still taking her car seat out of the car most of the time. The installation process was quick and hassle-free. This car seat is perfect for maneuvering in and out thanks to the 180 degree rotation without disturbing the baby! Our four-month old loves the lights on the handle as well as the music, and the seat fabric is soft and comfortable. Installation was quick and easy, and downloading the compatible app was fine!
