Not quite right for wavy hair

I like the texture of this curl cream, but it doesn't seem to be good for wavy hair. It works more like a smoothing styling cream for straight hair. My hair does not hold waves with this cream. I did like the lack of perfumes and masking agents! I want more fragrance free hair products from an brands. Product fragrance is getting out of hand.

Do not buy!!!

Do not be influenced by this product! While it sounds great that it's chemical and fragrance free, this caused a small bald spot on the top of my head.

The best!

This is hands down the best curl cream I have ever tried! As someone who needs fragrance free products, it can be hard to find things that actual work for my hair and this curl cream exceeded my expectations tenfold. It doesn't weigh my hair down which I struggle with a lot as a fine haired curly, but it still gives my hair moisture and definition without being heavy or crunchy! Would love to see fragrance free shampoo and conditioner as well!

This is my favorite hair product. Great hold and curl, no scent. So may unscented products lack control but this makes my curls look great with no frizz!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product has a typical chemical fragrance-free 'scent', maybe even stronger than other similar products, and that is ok if you don't want scents. However, it leaves hair greasy and crunchy, without particular curl definition; maybe because it's a thicker cream. I couldn't make it work for my wavy hair and I forwarded it, no plans to buy it again.

No hold at all

I really wanted to like this product, I gave it a good month and applyed it every day so it had a good build up. But it's like splashing my hair with watter. Absolutely no hold at all. My hair will frizz out within the hour. I even paired it with the Curl Talk Foam.

Would not reccomend for fine hair

I really didn’t like this. I have fine, wavy curly hair. It made my hair feel dried out & tangly when applied (wet), and when it dried, the ends of my hair looked oily and stringy. Will be returning 😅

Low Po girlies !!! Protein Free Holy Grail

I have 3C/4A Curls Low Porosity hair medium/fine strands medium density and this feels amazing on my strands. Too many products have proteins in the ingredients and it just won’t work with my low po hair. Pair it with a mousse or strong hold gel (i used aunt jackie’s grapeseed and it’s amazing!)

I get horrific anxiety from fragrances, as well as acne, so had to switch to fragrance free everything. This is the best fragrance free product I've tried so far- and it's so affordable in comparison! Pleasepleasepleaaaase add more fragrance free products!! The fragrance free curl cream, mousse and dry shampoo all work great and I'd sell my soul for more fragrance free things, especially a stronger hold gel

Beautiful curls without the essential oils or other fragrances

Finally been starting to use styling products again to treat my 3a curls right, but it's been hard to find a cream that doesn't have limonene or linalool that break out my skin that was in my budget. I'm so thankful I found this, because this product fits the bill, AND performs better for me than any other products I have tried this year. I apply it with my hands to wet hair, then brush it through with my Unbrush, then scrunch and air dry or diffuse. I get a light crunchy cast, but less than I have gotten with a foam or a gel, and it scrunches out just fine. It shapes well, and fights frizz so well!

Clean/lightweight curl cream!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked using this. Super lightweight and smooth in texture, not too creamy. No harsh chemical smell, no fragrance at all actually, and it spread through my hair easily and felt soft and non-greasy. Unfortunately, it isn’t enough alone to maintain my curls so I pair it with a leave-in condition which works like a charm!
