Bigelow Green Tea with Ginger is gently blended with handpicked tea leaves and zesty ginger. This soothing blend of delicate green tea, vibrant ginger, and BC30 probiotic is crafted to help support digestive health. Since 1945, the Bigelow Family carefully selects ingredients to deliver an uncompromised quality tea experience. Each tea bag is individually wrapped in a foil pouch to ensure full flavor, freshness and aroma. Each box contains 18 tea bags.


Green Tea with Ginger is caffeinated, Gluten-free, Non-GMO and Kosher Parve. This flavorful green tea is perfect hot or over ice. For hot tea start with cold water and bring to a rolling boil. Pour over tea bag, steep 3 minutes and remove tea bag. For iced tea, steep a little longer and pour over ice. Bigelow Tea is proud to be certified as Woman Owned and a Certified B Corporation. Read label, has weird flavors added

It's not terrible, but doesn't taste like ginger. It tastes like anise and allspice, which was not what I want. I don't know why they would be so deceptive on the packaging.

Do probiotics survive 3 minutes steeping?

Anything to backup the probiotics claim or is this just marketing? How much probiotics in a bag and how much survives the steeping?

We use GanedenBC30 Probiotic, which is unique because it is surrounded by a natural protective shield. This protective layer helps the healthy bacteria survive the heat and pressure of manufacturing and the strong acids in your stomach to arrive alive and then thrive in your intestines, their intended target. EVERY CUP COUNTS......

I love my Bigelow Green Tea with ginger and probiotics but I don't love having tea leaves in my cup! Every cup counts !!! And the last 3 boxes I've purchased about a third of the bags open when I pour the hot water in my cup.

My morning tea

I drink this every morning, the ginger is a bit strong so I always brew another plain green tea bag with it then add my milk & honey & I am good to go.

Bought for the ginger. Disappointing result

I'm a lover of anything with ginger. I bought this solely on it having ginger. I thought that sounded interesting. Ginger flavor is almost nonexistent. Would like much stronger flavor.
