    Best drink ever

    My favorite go to is this strawberry lemonade electrolyte. It used to be coconut water from vital. I get the best hydration with this product. I’m able to increase my milk production because I’m able to stay hydrated with this. I drink about three or four these a day.

    Truly Tasty

    Still nursing after 18 months with the help of these electrolytes. I've tried several different brands throughout pregnancy and post-partum and keep coming back to this. I love the Strawberry Lemonade and Retro Pop and am excited to try the Lemon-Lime.

    Best mix I’ve tried

    Most electrolyte mixes are just sugar with a fancy label but this stuff is great. Great tasting - my kids try to drink it all when I make a mix!

    Friends told me about this product and I saw people using it on TikTok to help with their milk supply. The watermelon tastes awful and I’m a huge fan of watermelon.     I found the "She's Thirsty" products via TikTok and I'm so glad I did! I am currently 21weeks pregnant and I feel like I just cannot get in enough water! The Retro Pop is my absolute fave!! I can't wait to try more of the lactation products once my little guy arrives! Definitely recommend this product!!!

    I bought this because I wanted to find something with electrolytes that tasted good & that I would enjoy drinking & I’ve been obsessed with these packets ever since! The strawberry lemonade is my favorite but every once in a while I mix it up & have the retro pop.

    Drop the Stevia

    PLEASE consider making a line WITHOUT stevia leaf extract. It leaves a horrible aftertaste and try as I might, I just can’t keep drinking it. It is near impossible to find a “natural” electrolyte supplement that does not contain stevia. May reviewers comment on how sweet this drink is - just drop the stevia and let us add our own sweetener ?! I beg you

    by far my favorite electrolyte powder!

    I've tried several other brands, but She's Thirsty, in particular the strawberry lemonade flavor, is hands down my favorite. It's helped me more than double the amount of water I drink each day, and I feel good about the ingredients.

    Not so natural

    I was so happy to see electrolytes from Legendairy. I immediately loved them when they first came out and drank this all day long pp. After a few months of drinking this I started to notice my stomach would hurt at night or if I had an empty stomach and then drank this. While I can’t know for sure, I did look at the ingredients and saw “natural flavors” which doesn’t actually explain what the natural flavor comes from. I stopped using these electrolytes and my stomach has had no more pain or issues. Definitely disappointed as I have loved all my nursing supplements but this lack of transparency has made me lose some faith in the company unfortunately.

    Perfect for nursing moms

    I recommend this for any moms nursing! Helps prevent clogged ducts and if you do get one it’s so helpful for loosening them up and preventing an infection.
