Packaging was bad.

The delivery was terrible! Box was opened and completely damaged the wrap around the car seat had damage to it also. You’d think that with this being an item used to secure a child it would be treated with more care. I decided to return it because I’d rather be safe than sorry. Target do better!

not to say it like bragging or anything but I recommend this car seat 100% we had a bad accident where we flipped my infant was perfectly fine and CT scans and x-rays were great my son was secured and when it came to taking him out he was okay

Great seat for a great price

Love this seat. The 360 was a need for my jeep since it sets up higher and it was difficult to get him in his seat. So this has been a lifesaver.

I love the car seat

I love the car seat however if you have a small car it is a little difficult to install. I had to google a few videos on how to get the base leveled but once I figured it out it was an easy installation process.

the delivery was not was not what I expected and was not professional. box was thrown across gate. there are other methods when delivery, knock on gate or give a notice that someone has to be present. box almost opened up damaging item. whoever target uses as delivery should be written up because we put the trust in the company that are item will be in good hands otherwise we can take our business somewhere else.

If I could give a BIG FAT ZERO I would! Customer service with Target is POOR at the very best. I feel like I just placed an order with a scam website…that’s how uncooperative they are! And in order to cancel an order you will have to jump through several hoops so beware and be prepared! Great way to start the holiday season!
