The Skylight 27" CalMax is designed specifically for large households, and while there isn't a "hard" technical limit mentioned in the user manual, it is officially optimized to support up to 20 family members. Family Member & Profile Features Color Coding: You can assign a distinct color and icon/emoji to each of the 20 profiles. This is what makes the 27" display so effective—even with a large family, the 2560 x 1440 resolution keeps the different schedules from looking cluttered. Unlimited Chores/Tasks: While profiles might be capped at 20, there is no limit to the number of chores or list items you can assign to those individuals. Unlimited Guest Access: You can invite an unlimited number of people (grandparents, sitters, co-parents) to download the Skylight app and view/edit the calendar. They don't necessarily need their own "color-coded profile" on the main screen to contribute. Technical Advantage of the CalMax The 27" model (CalMax) is much better suited for large families than the original 10-inch or 15-inch models. On the smaller screens, having more than 5 or 6 profiles often makes the "Month" view unreadable. On the CalMax, the extra screen real estate allows you to see multiple events per person in the "Schedule" or "Week" view without everything overlapping. Q: If I enter an event on touch screen calendar will it populate on my iPhone via my Google calendar? Can I edit events on device with touch screen? I do not plan on using app or web. cellphone and digital calendar device only.

Changed our family's day by day for the better

Such a great investment for our family. I write down in a paper planner and I would message my husband about the Family's schedule. Now this is so convenient that he has access and quickly categorize the event. The only downside is the high price and the subscription that I recommend.

Not worth the money

If you don’t buy the yearly subscription for the photo screen saver or other fun options, you’re basically paying to view your icalendar on a big screen. I can look on my phone for the same info. Buy a dry erase board instead.
