Useless for Cooking Times Over 6 Minutes
This microwave works fine until those relatively rare occasions when you need to set a cook time over 6 minutes. It'll get to somewhere between 6:00 and 6:30, and then the microwave power turns off. The turntable still turns, the fan runs, the light remains on, but it won't do any more heating. I'm guessing this is either defective or it's another "nanny" feature like the child lock (at least you can disable that). Either way, if you want a microwave oven that you can use for more 6 minutes continuously, don't buy this one.

really shocked at how good this is, a replacement for another name brand i had that only last a few years. set on 1 level below full power it heats not only quick but so food/drinks stay hot longer by heating more evenly with no cold spots to drain warmth after you remove items. also, fully surprised when i looked to see if it was on because it's almost totally silent when working. only issue is the child lock must be disengaged prior to removing anything that is cooking. other than that, this is an amazing micro at an equally amazing price.

Design flaw?
Can someone explain to me why the feet are higher than the bottom of the unit? No way to stabilize or lower the feet. It rocks more than my toddlers rocking horse.

Great value and easy to use
This brand offers great value for money—it’s very cost-effective! I've bought small appliances from them before, and they were all easy to use, and this microwave is just as good. Since I mainly need it for the office, the small size is perfect; it barely takes up any space. The operation is simple, with no unnecessary features, just a very practical design. The shipping speed was excellent, so that's a plus for delivery. However, the packaging could definitely be improved. The outer box arrived with stains and was a bit dirty. Also, the handle section of the box was broken. Luckily, the unit itself just had a slight smudge that wiped right off, so no major issues. Overall, practicality and affordability were my main reasons for choosing it, and so far, it feels like the right choice. It would be perfect if they could just improve the packaging.

Great value for a quality microwave.
This microwave has been great for our needs . It fits nicely on my countertop. The control keypad is intuitive and easy to use with several good single button options like popcorn, pizza, etc. cooking speed is faster than I expected for a 900w oven . Reheats evenly with single button start. My largest dinner plates easily fit inside. The door open by pulling it on the right corner . I like this better than my old one that had button , you had to push because the button wore out and it took several attempts to open it each time . I’m very pleased with both the look and the functionality of this product. I recommend it with confidence.
