Q: Does this heating pad have heat all the way to the edges? If not, where do the heating coils end around edge? does it only have heat in the center of the pad? And the edges no heat?

A: I pure had one, the very edges do not have heat. On the long side, no heat the last 2 inches of the edge and on short side a good 4 inches have no heat!

Do not reccomend this at all. I've only had this for about a month and am currently dealing with the F setting that many people have previously had issues with. It also does not get very warm. My cheap Sunbeam worked 10x better and longer than this.

Stop Working After a Year
Me and my family have bought about 5 of these over the years. Every single one of them stopped working after a few months to a year. I love this heating pad and how the controls are set up, but I just wish they would last longer for expensive as they are.

Changed this for the worse
I definitely can't recommend this. They've made changes for the worse. I bought this same model for my mother last year, so when my (12x24) heating pad broke, I got this larger one for myself. It's now terrible; it barely gets warm. I had to check to make sure that they hadn't changed the max heat seating. I borrowed my mother's heating pad when I was visiting her 3 days ago. 6 on this heat pad is barely equivalent to 2 or 3 on older ones. This is $50—get a different model that will provide some relief.

Didn't even last 4 months
It stopped working out of no where after only 4 months. I followed all of the use and care instructions printed on the back of the pad and listed in the paper instructions that it came with, yet it has stopped working. It will turn on, but it shows an "F" and I have tried everything to bypass the error message, cleaned the plugs out, tried using multiple outlets, and let it rest for 24 hours to see if it was over heated--it was not. The code "F" stands for heating coil damage. I do not understand how this is possible if I intentionally payed attention to and thoroughly followed the instructions provided to avoid this from happening. Of course I just missed the return window for Target. Unsure if there is a warrenty on the product via their company policies. This is frustrating for numerous reasons, but more than anything it is money waisted on a product that didn't even last half a year.

Arrived with hair and dirt
I didn’t even get to try it because it arrived with hair and dirt all over — obvious return.
