Description
1. Charging: Fully charge both the massage gun and heat and cold Therapy before first use using a 5V 1A/2A charger (not included) and USB-C cable. (Note: The massage gun cannot be operated while charging.) Massage Gun: Connect via the bottom USB-C port (takes ~1.5 hrs). Heating&Cooling Head: Connect via its own USB-C port on the side of the attachment to charge independently. 2. Attaching Heads: Ensure the massage gun is turned off, then screw the desired massage head into the slot until secure. 3. Massage Gun Operation: Press & hold the Power button for 2s to turn ON/OFF. Press to cycle through 5 speed levels (1800–2800 RPM). 4. Heating & Cooling Head Operation: Press & hold its dedicated button to turn ON/OFF low heat/cold. Press again to switch intensity (Heat: 100°F–117°F / Cold: 68°F–50°F). 5. Auto-Off & Safety Stall: Shuts off automatically after 10 minutes of continuous use. Motor will stall under excessive pressure to avoid injury. Do not exceed 30 minutes per session.

3 months in... Still going strong.
I train every day (runs, weights, plyo, etc.) and this massage gun helps me recover faster. I mean, I guess it can be the placebo effect, but I'm glad I got it.Really helps you feel less like a total lazy ass when you're just watching TV :)

Very relieving
It's a very sturdy massage gun. Doesn't fail me even on my worst days. Only thing is the fact that you have hold down the power button for 2+ seconds to turn on/off. And the fact that you have to cycle through all the settings to get back to the first one. Still recommend it, good for the money.

Its small but does the job.
Its pretty powerful. It is a little heavier too. It turns off when times up, so you have to turn the power on again. Works great though.

My son is using this before and after every training session good battery and power easy to vary around , only not happy that the delivery man just left it by my front door I was at work so it was there for 5-6 hours lucky wasn’t stolen as it was a Christmas present

Excellent piece of gear
Excellent packaging keeping the product secure. Very straightforward to use. I mainly use 2 of the attachments.You can reach most of your muscle points on your own but I would say the spine attachment requires someone else to be effective.Great for shoulders, traps and lower back where I have been feeling tight

Haven’t had any issues with battery life but I do wish it charged a little faster. I am not sure if it charges while on, I haven’t had a good chance to test that yet. Look and design are sleek and it feels great in the hand. I don’t like that you have to cycle through all speeds in order to get back to low. Only has the 5 heads but you don’t really need anything more than that. Not the quietest massage gun I have ever used but I would definitely place it fairly high on my list. Overall rating, I would say an 8/10.

Excellent item to relieve aching muscles.
You will find that the following day it makes a big difference, your aching will have subsided. The battery life is excellent as long as you follow the usage instructions and don't overdo it. Depending on how you hold the gun for use on yourself or say another family member, after a period of time it does make your arm or wrist ache a little. You have to change hands or position to give you some relief. All told it is an excellent item.

Yeah it is very nicely made, no faults.Easy to use.Looks lovely.Works well.Not a miracle cure by any means, it is just a massage gun, but does it's job well and is high quality product.
