I had found my perfect shade of color in #71 but the new gray cover formula has completely ruined it. It’s several shades darker and I’m unable to get the results I want. This has forced me to find a different product which is inconvenient and costly not to mention bad for my hair. Maybe consider making both versions. Not all people have gray hair.

Love this hair color!! I have been using it for years. The only thing I would change is, they need to include larger conditioner packets. I have long hair and it barely covers my scalp. So I have to use my conditioner but wonder if I'm getting best results, due to the included conditioner being a special bonding one.

It has good coverage and is very resistant. Its application is easy and has a strong smell.It doesn't provide the desired shine but it's good It doesn't give me the desired shine but it gives a good color.

This product is amazing. I have a lot of grey, and it does an amazing job of covering. With a pleasant odour and an easy to follow application guide I highly recommend my hair has never looked healthier

I have been using the Revlon ColorSilk Hair Color in the shade 12 Natural Blue Black for years. It has not yet disappointed me to say it is a drug store product. It does amazingly at gray coverage.

I absolutely loved this product and then they switched the formula. For years I've used this brand, and I will be switching. I dyed my hair by instruction, just as I always have, and have worked very hard over the last few years to keep my hair healthy. This new formula COMPLETELY dried out my hair. The breakage is crazy!!!!! And all of the work I've done to relieve frizz and heal my curls has gone out the window. DO NOT USE THIS NEW FORMULA. And Revlon, PLEASE switch back. My poor hair.

Revlon is one of the better hair coloring products that I’ve used. They are a lot cheaper and as far as instructions, they are easy to go by and they come with everything in them as well and they’re not really strong scented. Also the coverage on them is very well and they don’t destroy your hair.

Nothing was good about this product. I got a chemical burn from touch a small part of the solution, and that should have been my first indication of lack of quality. Then I used it on my hair and it made my scalp very irritated. Finally when I rinsed it out I realized that the color was nothing like what was shown on the box. My hair is about 6 shades darker now than shade on box. I was a blonde now am.a brunette. Sadly, will have to recolor. I have been coloring my hair for 30 years and never had such poor results. If I could give zero stars I would

Revlon Colorsilk hair color is good for the price. Does a decent job in covering my roots. If only Revlon could create a natural medium blonde shade then that would be great. The ash tones in either dark or medium blonde seem to pick up too much warmth in my hair for some reason.

I have used this product a couple of times. Cover old color very well. Easy to use! Only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 is the smell. Bright colored packaging so easy to spot on the grocery shelf.
