A: No, it doesn't work anywhere - it is hard and waxy and impossible to apply. Save your money, it would be better to spend a little more than to buy this which I threw directly in the garbage

This is a fabulous product and I never knew i needed white liner until now. It glides very easily and is also smudge proof. Great value and I will gladly repurchase this. Not so durable as the top popped off after living in my purse for days but no fret, it still works. Simple packing amazing product.

So easy and so convenient to use especially if you travel and want to take this eyeliner but don’t want to take separate pencil sharpener. I mean this is genius in my opinion! Also I like how long lasting and highly pigmented this eyeliner is. I can easily wear it all day long and it doesn’t smear all over it just kinda peels. Much better than “panda eyes” look with smeared dark circles in the evening.

It was not as pigmented as I thought it was going to be. I tried to do it on my water line, but not much was on it.
