A: No, it doesn't work anywhere - it is hard and waxy and impossible to apply. Save your money, it would be better to spend a little more than to buy this which I threw directly in the garbage

I’ve Had Better

First, it may be different with other colors, but this one was not long lasting. I also didn’t like that it was so soft that it broke easily which made it apply chunky. For the price, you could make it work.

Surprisingly Good

It was not hard on my eye to glide across my eye lid. The packaging could improve to catch my eye but I was able to blend well with other products. This pencil will last a while and the price to product ratio is good as well.
