Handle overheats
Somewhat quieter than a normal motor. However the handle gets so HOT when using it for only a couple of minutes. So hot that it is impossible to hold it for an extended period of time without hurting your hand. I have to take breaks which is frustrating.

Worked awesome at first, dried hair very fast and frizz free, but then the high setting started acting like the low setting, no difference. So I bought a second one, worked great for 3 months and now won’t even turn on. Very disappointing as it was one of my favorite hair dryers I have used, but will not be purchasing another one. And from the reviews, look like everyone is experiencing these problems so I am surprised this is still on the market. DO NOT BUY YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY!

AW-FUL
I have very long, thick hair... this dryer always sucks my hair into the air intake and I am having to rip it out. I've never had issues like this with a hairdryer, ever, until this awful thing... my hair is chewed up after having to rip my hair out of the air intake day after day (despite being cautious of how I hold it). I cuss this thing daily.
