Thank you so much. I am very happy with my Rollga Foam Roller. Best foam roller in my opinion, I love the grooves, to get into places, and not roll down my spine. Rolling instructions are great too.

No more shoulder blade pain!!!

My left shoulder is always tight and will get to the point where it compromises other areas of my body which, gets me ending up at the chiropractor clinic. My chiropractor actually told me about getting a body roller and it has been life changing!!!! I cannot believe how tight my shoulders are at the end of the day or even in the morning; I now use the Rollga and its instant relief!
