28"-48" Round Spring Tension Curtain Rod - Room Essentials™

Bad quality, doesn't hold up. Don't purchase it. You will be disappointed.

Purchased bronze 28"-48" size for spice/brown Kate Aurora Kitchen Curtain Tier & Valance Set (56 in. W x 24 in). Perfect match to curtains and dark brown cabinetry. Quality much higher than expected. It is designed such that you screw out the extending part to one inch longer than what you need. Then you compress it an inch to fit the space. The screwing mechanism means that there isn't a 24" spring inside, only one of two or three inches. Most of the extension, therefore, is accomplished by the screw threads, which is structural, which is superior to relying on a compressed spring that will eventually deform under tension. Better design and overall quality than any other spring-loaded rod I've ever seen.

Super flimsy. Also, was shipped in a box, the size of my car, but is only about a half an inch around.

Extremely flimsy. Rubber stoppers at the ends dropped off almost immediately. Low. Quality. Joint sags in the middle

Well had these hanging in my sons room and a month later they just fell down. I tried to put them back up but they don’t tighten anymore and just slide down the window. Very disappointed. Switched to a fixed window curtain rod.

Used this for a shower curtain, but the first day using it the rod fell down and the grippy end fell off so it wouldn't stay up. Before using it, the rod would sag because it was too thin for the length is was extended. If it's made to go that far it should be made to be able to support at the length. The shower curtain was not heavy.

A great find for curtains.. you'll need a heavier rod for draperies..

The quality of little tension rods like these has come a long way since I was trying to decorate my college dorm room! I thought my 38" windows might be too wide for these tension rods, but installation was so quick and easy, I decided to give it a chance - and I'm so pleased I did! No damage to the walls of my apartment, blinds can open and close behind the narrow tension rod; it's everything I wanted.

These inexpensive tension rods work great as temporary coverage until new blinds are ordered. I think these would be good for long term use too.

Very thin, small curtain rod. Unsure what size/type of curtain would fit the rod. Therefore. I returned this item

I'm very pleased with the quality and ease of installation. Some twnsion rods don't stretch. This pair was a breeze. Price was very reasonable as well. Customer service was top notch. Ty!

It is the perfect size that I needed - very easy to manage and of good materials -

I needed a couple of simple curtain rods for a window in my kitchen and these worked out perfectly! They are really easy to use and they are very simple and discreet. I have a valance on one rod and two cafe curtains on another rod. They have been holding been up great and are easy to remove and put back on.

They fit perfectly and easy to size

Fine for the price but it didn’t work for my situation. Very thin and wouldn’t hold any weight.

Claims to hold up to 5lbs but couldn’t hold 4lbs curtains without slipping and falling

It isn’t easy to get it to stay up. I had twisted it and it seemed to be locked it but subsequently fell.
