A: Hi Leah, No the containers should not be taken straight from refrigerator to oven. Just like any other glass product this would cause thermal shock. You should allow the glass container to sit out of the refrigerator until the container and contents comes to room temperature, before putting it into the oven.

When washing by hand use non-abrasive cleansers. If more vigorous cleaning is necessary, soak and clean with a non-scratch plastic or nylon scouring pad.
