really love how surprisingly comfortable these are. These are the first menstrual cups i’ve tried and happy to report that i don’t have an interest in trying anything else at the moment. Will definitely keep using, i’ve only had for two months now and the learning curve is definitely there but hopefully with time i will grow accustomed to it. Safe for the environment and healthy for my pocket too.

Don't even bother trying this if you have short fingers and a high cervix. This thing was literally stuck inside me. It went up while I was sleeping!! I had to go to the Dr's office to get this thing removed. Sorry environment, but I'm going back to tampons and pads.

Don’t buy if you have a high cervix. I couldn’t remove it on my own because it travel up too high. The packaging and marketing is on point.

I am a first time user of a menstrual cup, and it was the best decision to buy the 2 pack! I work in healthcare and when working long days it is nice to know I can have 12 hours of use with this, and don't have to make a fuss of using the restroom while working. I don't have a problem with either size, but prefer the smaller pink one. Quality product. Definitely a learning curve to removing which was very intimidating to me, but after now the second month of use, I will always use this product when working, traveling, and anything that I prefer to not have to change a tampon every few hours.

Wow, I love these! Especially the one for lighter flow. You might think that this is expensive, but it’s TOTALLY worth it!! So please do yourself a favor and get these! I know it might be scary, but you won’t regret it.

These menstrual cups are great! I’ve always been too hesitant to switch to cups because I wasn’t sure if I would be able to find the right one that fit & worked best for me, but after finding this 2 pack which has 2 different sizes I was sold! (+ I was able to snag it on clearance) Everything about these cups is fantastic, from the packaging to the material of the cups. If you’re on the fence, try this 2 pack! Personally, neither fit just right for me but because I was able to try both I figured which one is perfect (the Saalt soft cup in regular size). I am a first time cup user, 22yrs old & pre-birth and the small had some leaking while the regular size caused cramping. Realized the regular size fits me best, but the silicone was too firm so I switched to the soft version. Absolute game changer for me! Won’t be going back to single use menstrual products

I decided to use this cup based on the reviews. Insertion and removal were easy. I purchased the small soft cup for my lighter days and the regular cup for my heavier days and if I’m running for exercise. Overall please with the purchase.

Switched from tampons because I hated knowing how wasteful they were and honestly I still had so much leakage. I was a bit worried about getting the cup in right, but it unfolds and it conforms to my body almost instantaneously. I am so happy I made the switch. No idea why I waited so long! This is an amazing menstrual cup set! I have used the June cup in the past, and loved making the switch to a cup, but struggled getting it to open properly. These cups open without any effort and work right on the first try! It’s amazing. Love that there are two sizes for lighter and heavier days. And the regular (as opposed to the soft) is perfect for me and feels very comfortable!

These cups are great! I’m a 14 year old and was skeptical about trying anything other than pads because I didn’t like feeling uncomfortable during my time of the month. Me and my older sister decided to get the back of two to just try because we both HATED wasting so much product over a spams of a week. When they arrived I tried them and at first it was uncomfortable getting it in but then I thought to get it wet and that did just the job. After getting it in it felt a little different just because I only used pads for such a long time. It was easy to remove and even easier to insert the second time. If your on the edge of getting one and your scared, this is a sign. It’s so easy and comfortable but I would recommend get the duo because I didn’t know what would fit. 100% recommend

I’m so happy I switched from tampons to a cup. This was the first cup I tried out and it has been so amazing, I can’t imagine every going back to tampons. After figuring out how to use a cup, which didn’t take very long, it made my life so much easier. No longer have to worry about buying tampons/pads every month or not having one on me when I need one! I never experience leaks with this cup, I don’t notice that I’m using it, and it’s easy to use. I recommend to girls thinking of making the switch to do so! You will save money over time, and it is much more eco friendly. This cup has made my periods so easy and I basically forget I’m bleeding since I only need to change it every 12 hours! Only issue was discoloration for the blue cup, need to be careful about rinsing with cold water first before using warm water.

I am so happy with this buy! If you are an avid target shopper like me, you buy EVERYTHING from Target, and now you can get your period products there too! The Saalt Duo pack is so perfect for those who menstruate. It is crazy easy to use, and works so much better than any other period product. It lasts all day long, and you don't have to wake up in the middle of the night worrying about leaks. I no longer dread my period because this product has made it feel like any other normal day. You can't even feel it, and I really don't think about it after I put it in until the end of the day. I've recommended this to everyone I know, and they have all made the switch. You won't regret buying this!

I have used Diva cups in the past but they no longer work well after having a child. The Saalt cups are a much better option post partum. I love that they come in colors and different sizes. They are also soft and easy to manipulate. They are a bit sturdier than the Diva Cup so they are slightly harder to fold and insert, but I think that will improve upon usage.

I’ve always been terrified of the thought of tampons so I’ve been a strong user of pads but I decided to take the leap and try this. I’ve used it for two cycles now and I’m confident to say I’ll never go back to regular pads again. There’s so many helpful videos from Saalt on how to use it so you feel comfortable. I have a heavy period flow but I can wear this from morning and wait until night and I forget I’m even on my period while using this. Once you get over the fear factor and actually try it, it’s AMAZING. Welcome to better periods!
