[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It seems this just isn’t made for my anatomy. I have a very high cervix so removing is a struggle every time. If you don’t position it just so it leaks. The only pro is if you do manage to position it just so it’s comfortable and holds more liquid. I loved my previous cup and will be going back to that.

But even with getting advice from friends, and getting information online, I could not get it to stop leaking… I’m an athlete, and I was paranoid the whole day because it kept leaking every time I jumped or ran, or did anything of the sort. .

I love auto-dumping, It's perfect for day and night since it's up to 12 hrs. I can highly recommend buying this disc ( salt steamer is amazing as well, it's elevating your period and disc using experience) I've already used it for few months.

I have had the regular salt cup, the soft cups, and even the smaller versions and they all are great but I still feel them when its in and when I have to go #2 I almost always need to take it out, if not its very uncomfortable. With the disc I have zero issues with it so far. I barely feel it and it doesn't hurt after it adjust itself in there. The only con I would say is that the "easy to remove notch" on it doesn't help with removal but I still prefer it over the cup.
