It's okay.
I’m not a fan of the look of/having to attach a magnet to the back of my phone case and keep it there even when I’m not using the mount. So I will be returning/requesting a refund. The size is good and the magnet seems to work so not a terrible product, it’s just not what I’m looking for.

Common sense
I don’t know what these people in the comments talking about… they either don’t know how to set it up or something… it’s like common sense. Don’t put it on a plastic dash or anything plastic in general because the heat will affect it to come off overtime. Been having this for almost 2 years perfectly fine. Think before you do something 👌🏼

Avoid Buying
It doesn’t work at all. My mount didn’t come with a magnet. Defective product. I called the company to let them know - the only solution was to ship it to them. It’s stuck to my car and my phone case. Not worth the trouble - so many brands that offer that same thing at a cheaper rate.

Works great on smaller phones.
Very easy to mount. Works great on my husband’s smaller phone. I have an iPhone 8+ and railroad tracks or a bumpy road will make my phone fall. The plate could be a little bigger and maybe that would help? Overall, happy with the product.

Scosche Dash Mount Review
Easy to install. Works great. It is the perfcet height for my dashboard. This dashboard mount is a far better position for the cell phone than on the passenger seat as you don't have to take your eyes off the road.

Phone falls off
The magnets aren't strong enough to keep the phone on the mount. Any small bump in the road jolts the magnets apart.

Needs better adhesive
Loved it while it worked, but the adhesive only lasted 7 months. They should include several replacements if it only lasts that long. It stuck to the car, but came off the mount itself.

Best mount hands-down
I absolutely love this mount I’ve been using it for the past five years I felt so sad when I traded in my car because I left it in there and when I found it again I was thrilled. I bought one and I just purchased another two. should be getting them on Wednesday the best amount you’ll ever buy. You won’t need another mount ever The magnet is so strong and amount itself can be controlled by a knob so I could be mounted at a certain position securely.

A Bump in the Road
Extremely disliked. Bought this because I was doing door dash and driving a lot. Every time you hit a bump, like literally not exaggerating by hitting a huge pot hole but a bump in the road, my phone would fall off and slide under the seat. Not convenient when you’re using it for directions. Bought a different one that grips your phone on both sides and the bottom and suction cups to the windshield. A little more money but definitely worth it.

Strong adhesive and maganetic mount for my use case
Adhesive sticks strongly to a smooth surface. I am using it to mount a 5 inch backup monitor camera and it’s very solid compared to a suction mount. I’m guessing the reviews with issues do not have it mounted on a smooth or even surface. For my use case it is solid. If you have uneven dash just or textured surface it could be an issue.

Terrible phone mount
Large magnet would not hold my phone at all. only have had it a day and my phone falls off with every bump you drive on.
