Drinking coffee, tea and eating some kinds of food, they all made my teeth looked bad, this toothpaste helped whitening my teeth but didn’t cause irritation to my gums, it gave me a fresh and nice breath after brushing my teeth, i use it 3 times a day, it’s very easy to use and works amazingly, my teeth got brighter and brighter, highly recommend for this toothpaste .
