Apply at least a 1-inch strip of the product onto a soft bristle toothbrush. Brush teeth thoroughly for at least 1 minute twice a day (morning and evening), and not more than 3 times a day, or as recommended by a dentist or doctor. Make sure to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth. Minimize swallowing. Spit out after brushing.

However, please note that Haleon does not test for the presence of gluten and cannot guarantee the absence of trace amounts as a result of third-party manufacturing processes. If you have a known allergy to gluten or have gluten intolerance/celiac disease, you should consult you healthcare provider for advice.

A: Thank you for the question. Sensodyne Extra Whitening toothpaste does not have a foil seal. Some Sensodyne products have a foil seal as an added protection. This is required for the stability of these products. The presence or absence of foil seals is dependent on the nature of the product's formulation.

Disappointed with tube size reduction!
I bought this about a month ago and the tube size was 4.0 ounce. Just bought another one 2 days ago and it dropped to 2.7 ounce. Wow! While I am happy with the product, I will be looking for another brand that offers equally good results with a respectable tube size.
