Shark HydroDuo with Dirt Reveal Technology Cordless Wet and Dry Hardfloor Cleaner WW201

I had the hydrovac before and it died for some reason. It kept having issues sucking up water even though it was filled. It was a pain in the rear. I was undecided to get another one or try this one out, I ended up getting this one second time around. Glad I went with this! It's smaller than my hydrovac was, so it does take longer to do my floors, but Its worth it. I feel the hydrovac didn't clean as well, and as stated, has technical issues. The simplicity of this is great as there's less to go wrong. I have wood all throughout my home and this makes them look wonderful. I also appreciate that I get to decided how saturated I want the floors. I like that it comes with a little handle to get rid of the excess water from the roll after you clean it so it dries faster and I also don't have to touch it with my hands like I had to with the hydrovac. I also don't notice any leaking when I "park" it in a spot for a moment to switch outlets like I did with hydrovac. Aside from being smaller, only other downside is the dirty reservoir is really small so you need to empty a lot. The battery lasts quite a bit of time which is great.

I bought this based on my experience with Shark in the past, but I don’t think this product lives up to your reputation. I like that it is lightweight and easy to assemble/disassemble, but I don’t like that the suction isn’t that good and the dirty water tank fills up very quickly. I think with better suction, and if there was an option to raise/lower the roller, it would be better. As it is, it doesn’t pick up enough and then it just puts the wet hair and debris back on the floor.

I’m disappointed in this unit. I expected so much more from SHARK. Battery life is little to none, even after a complete charge. Extremely lightweight, you wonder if it’s getting the job done. I gave 3 stars because I’m pseudo trusting its dry vac capabilities but I haven’t tried that function yet since my home is completely hardwood floors.

It is lightweight and portable and cleans not only dry floors/messes, but also uses the accompanying cleaner to clean hard floors too. This machine is quiet and can easily be carried from room to room. The charge does not last too long but it definitely serves its purpose. I spilled almost an entire box of cocoa pebbles and it picked up a lot of it! I had to empty it a bunch of times because it does not hold much, but it worked! I would recommend and repurchase! I received this wet/dry vacuum from Influenster and Shark in exchange for my honest opinion.

It works well on my hardwood floors. A little cumbersome to clean.

This product did not meet my expectations. The cleaning performance is inadequate, and the battery life is extremely short. I regret not choosing an alternative option.

I have had my Hydro for about 2 weeks, so far I am on the fence. It does clean just like the video, however i had to empty and clean several times for a room 10 x 12. So if your buying to do large areas this is not the one, however if your spot cleaning it’s great, wish it was wider.

We have the majority of wood floor in our house, with lots of animals in and out. I love that it is a vacuum and hard wood cleaner in one! I highly recommend this product!

This vacuum is underrated. Had my dishwasher leak water and I’m not going to lie the water chamber is small had to empty a bunch but better then using a mop and having to worry about drying it. Picks food with ease especially having twin 2 year old eating.

I'm not happy with this. Hardly any side pick up. Have to go over and over an area. Then I still have to use another mop vac to finish the job. Lots of things to clean. Your other vac mop does a better job. I'm disappointed with this product.

I bought this in December 2024.The shark HydroDuo is a convenient and easy- to use cordless hard floor cleaner, making everyday cleaning more efficient. Why would I not buy it again or recommend it : 1-The major drawback to me is the non removable battery, which doesn't last long enough to clean a large house in one go. 2- Edge cleaning capabilities are limited 3-The cleaning water tank is small and needs frequently refills during large cleaning sections.

Waste of money. Does not suction well. Even after several passes it doesn’t pick up all debris from the floor.

I am returning after using it once. It didn't pick up hardly anything.

It's great but, the sprayer isn't spraying. Need help otherwise I like it alot

I bought this as a housewarming gift for my son; unfortunately, this product falls short of its claims. The wet cleaning function is mediocre at best, but the vacuuming performance is even worse. You have to move it painfully slowly to pick up debris; even then, it often leaves some behind. While the light highlights the mess, the vacuum struggles to capture it all. I am returning it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fact that it is duo function, however the suction is not very strong so take alot more passes to pick up all the dirt and because of the roller to the front it doesn’t get to the corners properly. Love the spray and clean function, so easy to use and no messy mop to deal with. Liquid smells amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over all this vacuum is pretty good. It is harder to push but it sucks up food and debris great. I love you have the option for wet or dry use. It charges very fast which is nice and doesn’t take up much space. It’s very quiet when using. However, I would say these are still a few things I don’t like. The clean water take is very small so you have to refill a lot. It holds the debris in the bottom so it’s honestly very gross to clean. I like how the Tineco has two separate containers for clean vs dirty water that is easy to access.
