Q: We purchased the navigator but it is very difficult to manuever on our plush carpet. We have set it to minimum and carpet but I still have difficulty pushing it. Is there something we are doing?

A: It has a kind of brush thing that allows you to use it on stairs or upholstery but it does not have an independent motor that turns this upholstery tool. It's just a very small thing you hold up. The pictures show it. It does everything I need for upholstery. It also has a crevice tool.

Don’t buy if you have carpets or pets that shed
Don’t buy if you have carpets or pets that shed. Every time I vacuum I have to spend a lot of time untangling any hair or fluff from my area rug from the roller brush on this vacuum. It also does not stay upright if you use the nozzle/attachments, I end up just laying it down if I need to use them to vacuum the sofa, under the bed etc… because it is not sturdy enough to stay standing if you pull on it at all.

Great vacuum!
Easy to maneuver, great suction power for all the dirt, grime, and pet hair! Extra large dust bin so you’re not having to empty every 5 minutes. The noise level isn’t bad at all, very normal for a vacuum. The weight is a tad heavy but not bad! This is a great product that I have personally used over the last 7-8 years.

Works great when it works right
The suction on this is great, it works well on both tile and carpet. HOWEVER, EVERYTHING gets stuck in the curves of the hoses where the hard plastic and flexible hose meets, causing clogs. I have been able to snake out most of the clogs except one. I even bought Shark specific screwdrivers to open it up, but no success because of the location of the clog. Complete waste of money as this happened within only 3 months of purchasing it.

Love this vaccuum so far
I love this vaccuum. I have been trying out different vaccuums since my dyson died and this one is the best so far in comparison. We have two maine coon cats and they have long flowing hair that we have to contantly clean up - The stick vaccuums don't match up to the cleaning power of this one. This vaccuum has great suction and I love the fact that you can adjust the suction for high carpet. I have had issues in the past with one area rug in my living room which is more plush - the other vaccuums always give an error or stop working while trying to clean that rug then I have to turn them off and on again to continue vaccuuming. This one has not had that issue. I also love the tools are on board so they are easy to access when needed vs a stick vaccuum that doesn't have on board storage. The wond is easy to pull out and use on high places like trim and fans. Would recommend it!!!

Works great...till it breaks
My first one of these didn't last long..maybe a few years. I tried one more time, bought another and something is wrong with the motor, it makes an insanely loud noise and smells like smoke last time I used it. So it's now going into the trash. I had that one for only a year! What is wrong with products only lasting a year or so now? I can't afford that! I like it when it works but I can't keep buying a new one every 1-2 years lol. I empty the trash bin after every use etc, take good care of it. Ugh.
