Bought week ago. Our tv provider box is connected and every time there is an advert or break in a programme on any apps the tv makes a loud clicking noise which is very annoying.

Almost took this back after several resets the initial soft wear on this tv has a glitch and cannot use the or set up the Alexa app for Bravia it’s lucky I have other Bravia’s a as I had to work out a work around but through the tv it’s useless

My only criticism is about the remote control, it is difficult to use compared to the remote from my last Sony Tv . And for some reason it keeps on disconnecting itself from my broadband so I have to wait for it to reconnect.

We've been using this tele for couple of weeks and are very happy with it. It was easy to set up and we use it via WiFi in our bedroom. Bought the Bravia 8 for the lounge which is worth the extra money, in my opinion, but the Bravia 3 is spot on for the bedroom.

Purchased this for a guest bedroom, the menu is glitchy and there's an odd delay when switching between features. Once the app launches, the services works just fine - it's mainly when you're in the GoogleTV/Bravia menu that the system starts experiencing weird delays.

Had this TV about six weeks now. Initial setup was fairly quick, except for the Google part. However, once done, it's been flawless. High quality content is fantastic and it handles AD channels as well as you could hope. Sounds is very good and loud. The feature to pick out and enhance voices is particularly useful for my other half who has some hearing issues.

My last TV was a Sony, and it was everything I would want in a TV. It was over 12 years old when it finally quit giving the picture that I expected. So I traded in for a so only Bravia based on my past experience. It might not have been my wisest choice, as I’ve had several issues in a months time with my cable service and the TV working together. It went well for the first two weeks and since then I’ve had to make three calls where we’ve reset the programming from the cable company. Additionally, two times there have been interruptions and I’m not allowed to use the cable companies remote control which is voice activated and my preference. I’m not able to access the TV or do anything with the stations for at least a half a day or more. Usually by overnight it has reset and I’m back and using this, but this doesn’t sound to me like an optimal solution. If I were to do this again, I would not buy such a smart TV that it knows more than I do on the subject.
