Would not stay connected while using. The firmware updates would not install. Great noise cancelling even without music, but I can find another device that isn't so incredibly difficult for daily use. I will say the functionality of the app is nice, but not nice enough to justify the buggy nature with the price point.

Aesthetically 5 stars. Overall the experience has been horrible; overall sound quality isn't there, iphone app isnt helpful, and constantly replacing tips --- which aren't made from a quality material and aren't easy to clean. I found that previous in ear expericnes (JBL, Beats, and others) all had quality tips and were cleanable. Once I found tips to replace, different manafacturer, I enjoyed the snug fit of ear piece. I enjoy the shape and design of the headphone in my ear.

I had the headphones and I lost the right side and bought a replacement and I can't pair them. Then i found out that it was a different firmware, so i try to speak with Support and didn't solve anything. They gave me 2 website of companies that supose to fix that issue but when i call them they say that they can not fix that problem no longer. So i'm very desperate, thank for nothing

I´ve been using my WF-1000XM5 earbuds for 1 year+ and they have very good sound quality, I´ll say some pros and cons. Con 1: They only come with foam tips, these tips irretate my ears skin, Had to switch, so I use the silicone tips from the XM3 earbuds, cause they don´t irritate my skin so sadly I have less noice canceling. Con 2: When i put them in the case there is no indicator for each earbud, so sometimes one charges while the other does not. Con 3: Compared to some other earbuds the 8 hour playtime is not the longest. while others can last up to and beyond 18 hours. Pro 1: They have ambient sound, And the noice canceling is good. (Altough I don´t get the best noice canceling cause of the foam.) Pro 2: Comfortable in the ears and don´t stick out too much, so they stay inn without falling out while running. Pro 3: They have very good sound quality, when listening to music and phonecalls. Pro 4: Fast charging times when the earbuds are inn the case.

Only con I am facing is while talking on call in noise cancellation mode. The outside noise is captured when I speak and is completely silent when I don't. Hope it could be resolved. Besides highly recommend and best pair to exist.

FIrst let's start with the sound quality its amazing the best up to this point Ive ever heard or found in a market flooded with high priced low quality products. Second these ear buds are amazingly comfortable with usable a breeze and easy set. Third the Sony app is also very user friendly with great features for any lifestyle work or play. Overall happy with the product. Comfortable to wear, effective noise cancelling and volume. A step up from 2nd Generation AirPods. Only reservation would be the fairly short connection distance to the sound source.

Very pleased overall with these earbuds. Great sound, and the ANC is excellent. The are easily customized from the app and the battery life is excellent. My only issue is that the ear tip sizes are L, M, S and XS but I need XL for my left ear. I contacted Sony and they were very good, promptly shipping me a different type of ear tip for free, but they are still the same size so I do not have a consistently good fit in the left ear.

not satisfied with the product. in just 4 months my one side of my earbud stopped working and then they replaced that and with the new pair of earbuds same issue happened after 11 months and by that time my buds were out of warranty so they couldn't help.

I’ve owned this super sounding earbuds for 3 weeks, I mainly pair with an iPhone. While the buds fit in my ears perfectly I recommend spend time trying the ear tips and testing the seal with the app.

Small and handy and perfectly purple :) Noise cancelling works great and very handy and small. Also has good battery life and excellent voice quality. Found no negatives at all
