So these are the best headphones, I have ever owned. However, I have bought 2 pair and they have both snapped on the right ear cuff. They seem to do it right at the 2year mark. I tried calling to get it repaired, apparently the don’t make replacement parts. I still recommend these headphones, but if your an introvert who uses there headphones almost daily to avoid people 😂 you’ll be buying them every 2 years.

I’m sick of these. Don’t try to pair any new device ms because it takes about 10 years and multiple tries. Trying to skip a song, rewind, or pause. Don’t even try, it won’t work. That is unless your shoulder happens to brush it, then it does every single action. Do yourself a favor and buy bose.

So my husband loves these headphones for the noise cancellation and the sound quality, unfortunately we’ve had issues with these lasting…. First pair we had to send in on warranty because the headband part came detached from the ear piece (which seems like a common issue after I started looking into it) now the replacement pair won’t charge after 14 months of use…. For this price I’d expect they last for YEARS

This device has too many features that get in the way of using it, and it has no instruction manual (using WORDS) to explain how to use it. If you spend a lot of time you can download all sorts of videos and apps (that want to update themselves first), and ultimately you can find a 151 page pdf instruction manual you can download. Yeah. That many pages to tell me how to turn on and use a pair of headphones. Ridiculous.

I honestly had high expectations for this product and was amazed to discover they were far exceeded in every respect. The materials, construction, and finish are some of the best I've seen. I do not use Bluetooth and I bought this to use with my portable CD player, HOWEVER... The unit must be turned OFF in order to play my CDs. Thus I can not use the NOISE Cancelling feature AT ALL. Is there some way around this problem, if not , i will likely return the unit to the store.

The sound is good once you get past all the software trying to make these do additional things for ANC. Once I connected to my Computer I got more stable and better controlled sound. Confortable head set. I have not tried the direct analog connection. Beats were too bass heavy for me in over the ear.

These headphones are awesome for sound and noise canceling. They blow some other popular brands away. The problem is this feature they have that will silence your music if you start to talk. It is the worst thing ever!! Imagine listening to a great song and you start to sing along? The music stops and your whole mood is ruined. It would be okay if you could just turn that feature off. It says you can and it has a button to disable it in the app. Except it will just turn itself back on anytime it feels like it. I researched this issue when I first bought them and have kept up in different forums over time. Sony will not acknowledge the problem, and have refused to address it. Despite software updates that could have gotten rid of it. I haven't seen 1 person that says, what a great feature? Newer models might have done away with this, I will never buy another Sony product though. As long as they ignore so many people despising a feature. It could be fixed with a simple update, I'm sure. Make the toggle off switch lockable or just eliminate it. For this reason only I give very poor marks. Sorry Sony. It is a bad idea and you should have fixed it years ago.

I bought this to use with my phone and a new Bluetooth capable record player I got. I have never heard my records in such good sound quality before. The noise cancellation is also genuinely amazing, I could not hear anything around me when my music was playing. I felt I got a lot of value for how much it cost as well.

After 3 years, the microphone no longer works during calls and I frequently have to fix a high pitched ringing issue. I have followed all fix solutions provided by sony and nothing is a permanent fix. For the price point, the product is not worth it.
