The Spenco RX Full Length Orthotic Arch Supports were designed to help control, stabilize and balance the foot. These arch supports are heat moldable for a custom fit. Its SpenCore layer absorbs shock and reduces friction to improve overall foot comfort. Available in multiple sizes for correct arch placement and a better overall fit, comfort and performance. Features: Full Length provides complete heel-to-toe comfort. SpenCore Material Exclusive cushioning layer absorbs shock and impact. Moldable Arch Insert helps support and control the foot. 4-way Stretch Fabric with Silpure Antimicrobial helps prevent blisters while controlling odor. These inserts have helped me - big time!
I walk 5-8 miles / day...5 to 6 days a week. I was running into major foot problems and went to see a podiatrist who recommended these inserts. They have worked! I am back in the saddle and have just received my second pair and have also recommended them to a friend.

Very very durable.
Expensive compared to some, priceless compared to ALL others. Only after a long while, when the arch begins to flatten; you can boil them in water for about five minutes and form the arch by hand. Once the plastic cools off they're as good as new. I've had my old ones for ten years at least. Worth every penny.

Perfect combination of support and comfort. I’ve been using them for 20 years and prefer them to custom made orthotics. These are more comfortable but alleviate pain from plantar fasciitis.

Flat foot support
My wife's flat foot needed this support and it's working very well! I'm a Physical Therapist and have recommended these for years. If they work well, good chance a permanent orthotic from a podiatrist would be indicated.

Great Support
Great arch support! The insole fits nicely in my shoes and are easy to change-out between my running shoes. I like them so much, I just ordered an additional 2 pair for my boots and dress shoes.

Shoe inserts
I love these inserts. I have very flat feet and a bunion on one foot, they are so comfortable to walk in and line up my foot with the bunion perfectly.

Life changing product
Twenty ago I suffered from plantar fasciitis. Having these insoles in my shoes was an important part of the regimen I followed to recover. To prevent a relapse and because they make my shoes more comfortable, I continue to have them in all the shoes I walk any distance in. They have saved my feet and I will wear them for the rest of my life.

These are the very best spenco orthotics...it is good for everything...arch support...body alignment gets rid of planter fasciitis,knee and hip pain. The construction is so simple.... It does more than there newer fancier products. Can adjust them to each foot...tried them all this spenco is the best and better than any of its competitors...
