Cute & Spacious!
I got this because this is perfect for my toddler and his friends. About three to four toddlers/small children can fit in this patio set comfortably. Minus one star because a drill is required for easier assembly, and even then it can be a pain to push through the screws. Overall building took me approximately one hour- 45 minutes to assemble the base and around 15 for the cover. I recommend skimming through a speed build on YouTube prior to building. This allowed me to have a general idea as what to expect which lead to a quicker build.

Perfect open playset for outdoors
I've done a lot of research on kind of play set I wanted for the backyard. I wanted to avoid the typical playhouse so it doesn't become a home for the snakes, spiders, and bees. I love that this is open. It has a 2 part sink so one side can be water and the other can be dirt or sand. It also has a drink (definitely buy some bbq food play items) My toddler and 7 year old can play in this just fine. Was missing the black bag though.

Super fun but pain to assemble, missing accessories
Why oh why can’t step2 pre-drill screw holes! Other than that very annoying part, assembly wasn’t bad. It was missing all the play food in the pictures. My daughter had a blast playing and the canopy provides decent shade depending on the sun.

Haven't received - no update, still says label created
Well unfortunately I should have gone with my gut and heeded the warning of another review as I have not received this item. It is showing that a label was created but 3 days later no update with tracking. I contacted customer support and was asked to wait until the end of day tomorrow and contact again as information on shipping may not have been updated. Unfortunately I do not believe I will receive the item and hopefully I can get the money refunded to my original payment method rather then a credit so I can order it from another retailer that will actually send the item. Extremely disappointed as this item is fairly expensive. It's unfortunate. So just beware that this may be a possibility as I apparently am not the only purchaser this has happened to.

Kids love it!
My daughter recommended this when I asked her for birthday suggestions for a grandson turning 4. Her kids and their friends love playing in it. There’s plenty of room for many kids! (My 4 yr grandson and his 2yr old brother are loving it! Keeps them busy. Encourages creative play!)

Best little playset
This is the best little playset. I was looking for something big enough for my 7 year to play in and this is the perfect size. She can stand up without her head touching the top and there’s more than enough room for her to move around in. We customized it to make it look like a little Italian cafe and we couldn’t be happier. It’s sturdy enough and will last awhile.

My 2yo granddaughter absolutely loves this, she calls it her kitchen. We don't use sand in it because she has a sandbox. We put water in both sides and she likes to move water from one side to the other. My favorite thing about it is how open it is. It gets really hot in Texas, so we didn't want to get her a house that was hot inside. It's also been extremely windy these last few months and we haven't had any problems with it holding its own. Wonderful gift for young kids!

Wonderful item/ Hard to assemble
I gave this product 4 stars only because the assembly was difficult. The directions were only pictures and it would be helpful to have predrilled holes for the screws. Very hard to get through the thick plastic. Otherwise, my grandsons loved it and spent quite a bit of time using it.

Missing instructions book and no drilled holes.
We did not get a book with instructions so we had to watch a YouTube video 5 times because some of the holes where not even drilled. So our item is kind of wobbly at the moment until we buy a drill.

Construction
It really does take 2 people to put this play house together. Use power tools. Our 2 yr old granddaughter LOVES this play house! It’s great for encouraging imaginative play. It was a hit from the time she saw it. She plays with it everyday!

Love it…but why?
My son and all our guest have loved this set! Great (and big enough) for more than one child. Very durable and holds up well outside. BUT.. why is there only one lid for the sand and water areas. Drainage is excellent!
